"Sidharth ek baat bata" she asked out of the blue. He hmmed in response.
She stroked his hair, his head was on her lap.
"Tu, Yuvi, Zoe aur Madhav kab se dost ho?" she too wanted to know about his childhood and his life before she came into his life.
She did knew major things related to him, but almost nothing about his childhood just a few.
"Humlog? Humlog toh school se sath hai...." he seemed so excited to tell her about this as if he had a lot to tell about.
"Yuvi Zoe Madhav aur mai hum charon 3rd standard se sath he rahe hai.... haan college humare alag alag thi but milna humme tha he lastly yeh humne decide kiya tha ki no matter what hum sath rahe ge ya milte rahe ge, thankfully hum sab wapes se ek he sheher mei hai" he said.
"They are my pillars, yeh toh abhi tak tuni bohot bar dekh liya hoga.... abhi hum zyada mil ny pate magar kisi ek ko kuch bhi ho na toh sab kaam chod kar hazir" he smiled and then got up removing his head from her lap.

"Haan moti tu chup kar na abhi pehle aage sunn paka mat.... Toh aage kya hua...." she was listening to everything so keenly while he was narrating the incident with utmost excitement.
"Humne, sabne planning kar li.... kab kaha kaise sab kuch aur Yuvi absent hone wala tha toh humne usse kuch discuss ny kiya tha.... Jiss din bunk karna tha uss din Dad ne na nikalte time dekha mera bag bohot halka sa patla sa lag raha hai... toh unhone rok kar check kiya toh ek book ny thi aur ghar ke kapde thi usme, mai bhi pagal tha atleast kuch toh books dal leta par ny" he sighed.
"Phir kya hua? Dad ne pakad liya?" she asked getting more interested in his story.
"Pagal hai kya? tera pati na bada smart hai, maine bhi bol diya aaj classes ny hai, match hai football ka kuch din mei aur mujhe aaj sara din practice karna hai, Dad bhi convince ho gai kyuki mai khela karta tha, sports mei acha tha.... waha school ke gate ke pass aa karke Zoe aur Madhav mile baki sabne back out kar liya saale fattu the sab ke sab, utne mei teacher ne dekh liya humme aur class le gai bola bahar kyu khade ho ander chalo"
"Hayeee toh phir bunking cancel?" she asked.
"Nahi meri jaan!!" he placed his head back on her lap bringing her hand back on his hair, she started moving her hands through it softly.
"Phir humme bunk marni he thi humme chull machi thi toh hum teeno uthe aur sir ke pass gai, vo humare coaching mei bhi padhte the.... sahi tha unka ekdum bohot lenient the.... Madhav ne mujhe ishara kiya ki vo kuch bahana mar lega toh mai piche hat gaya.... ki thik hai bande ne kuch acha he socha hoga par uss gadhe ne pata hai kya bola?" he looked at her.
"Kya?" she asked immediately.
He continued "Bola ki sir Yuvi ke Tauji ki death ho gai hai bechara bohot roo raha hai kal se usko humari zarurat hai..... Mai aur Zoe ek dusre ko dekh rahe hai ki abey isne yeh kya bol diya aur humare schools mei tab aisa ny hua karta tha ki parents ko call karke inform kare, hum bade ho gaye the, agar kuch emergency hoti toh hum reason de kar chale jate uper se humara advantage tha vo sir..... Sir ke chalte school se nikalne mei kam problem hoti thi..... toh itne strict ny hota tha ...... uper se sir ko pata hai ki Yuvi aur hum teeno kitne zyada close hai..... sir ne bola aisa hai toh beta tumlog jao, hum bhi chal diye bunk marne maine Madhav ko bola Yuvi ko ek bar bata de kahi aage jaa kar phas na jaye...... Uske baad hum apna ghume phire aur ghar aane ke time par hum sab apne apne ghar aa gae, mai bhi kha kar soo gaya aur mom ko bola ki aaj mai coaching ny jao ga"
"Waah Sidharth kidhar se laate hai aplog itna talent?" she mocked.
"Abey ghanta talent abhi khatam thodi hua hai" he snapped back at her.
"Toh abhi aur kya hua?" she asked frowning.
"Abhi toh asli kahani start hue, ab dekh mai uss din coaching ny gaya right? phir piche se Zoe bhi ny gai aur Madhav apne nani ghar chala gaya 2 din ki chutti mar kar..... Yuvi humra sincere bacha chala gaya coaching aur wahi wale sir padha rahe the vo school wale humare coaching mei bhi the.... Vo Yuvi ko dekh kar shock.... unhone bola tu yaha kya kar raha hai? Yuvi bichara confuse ho gaya bola sir mai padhne he aaya hu kyu kya hua? sir bolte hai tumhare Tauji ki death ho gai hai toh mujhe laga tum kuch din ny aao ge...... Vo bichara darr gaya ki yeh kon sa naya Tau paida ho gaya uska.... usne bol diya uske koi Tauji ny hai aur aa kar baith gaya padhne laga.... ab actually hua yeh tha ki Vo Behe*ch*d Madhav.... Yuvi ko inform karna bhul gaya aur idhar iss Chu**ye ne sab bol diya, Sir bhi smart the Yuvi ke samne humra naam ny liya warna Yuvi toh humme bachane ke liye Tauji bhi kahi se utha le aata"
"Phir kya hua Sidharth? Maa aur papa ko sab pata chal gaya?" she asked.
"Abey tu pata chalne ke baat kar rahi hai? Yaha mujhe chappalon aur dando se neend se uthaya agya hai, sir ne ghar pe call kar diya humare..... bohot ache se dhulai hue ekdum jaise kapdon ki ny hoti waise aur vo bhi kiski chalte uss harami Madhav ke chalte jo khud nani ghar pe moj kar raha tha meri aur Zoe ki idhar dhulai ho rahi thi."
Even though at that particular moment when the incident had taken place he was mad at Madhav but right now remembering those time he had cracked up laughing at it, both were laughing about that for a good five minutes when suddenly it was all silent again and his eyes started getting damp.
"Dad se bohot maar khai hai par sabse zyada dad se pyar karta hu mai aaj bhi.....Tere liye bhi apni feelings realise mujhe dad ne karwaya tha.... maine unki he baat ko yaad karke yeh realise kiya tha that I love you, unhone he bola tha jab kisi chiz ka jawab na mile toh usse khud ke ander dhundo apni ankhe band karke aur bas uss din waise he mujhe bhi mera jawab mil gaya tha aur yeh dad ke blessings he hai that I have you with me........ I miss him sometimes" he smiled weakly cupping one side of her face.
She looked down towards him noticing that thin layer of tears fighting to fall out of his eyes but he is strongly trying to stop it from doing so. She placed a long kiss on his forehead and smiled.
"Papa na tujhe dekh kar bohot khush ho rahe honge aur bohot proud feel karte honge, tu na duniya ka best beta, best bhai aur best husband hai" she cooed squeezing his cheeks briefly. He smiled a little and hugged her burring his face into her stomach in an attempt to hide those teary eyes from her.
She smiled at this little baby who's tough and strong most of the times but is actually a baby who is constantly in need of love and affection, she was fortunate to witness this vulnerable side of him and would also make sure to never disrespect of that or make fun of.
After that heartfelt moment they headed back to their hotel, ended up in each other's arms. The rest of their vacation went by in a blur with a lots and lots of shopping, roaming around, pictures and also, fun and wild nights.
Morning, before she could wake up he had packed all their stuff there was this one last place he wanted to take her before they would leave back in two days. This would be another sweet suprise for his wife. She was sleeping so he decided to call up Yuvi, he wasn't really paying attention to all that which was going back there, since he genuinely wanted to enjoy with her.
Yuvi - Hello!
Sidharth - Hey! what's up? (He went towards the private pool area they had in their suite)
Yuvi - Tujhe he message karne wala tha.... Enjoying your holidays? (He said in a teasing tone)
Sidharth - Ofcourse yaar isliye toh kisi ke text ny check kar raha tha warna mood kharab ho jata, abhi bata kya hua? Did you guys find anything? Who was doing it all and why? (His voice full of impatience)
Yuvi - Sadly yeh jisne bhi kiya hai abhi filhal shant baitha hai, toh police ko kuch bhi clue ny mil raha but haan aaj ja raha hu tere office, Sam ne meeting fix ki hai board members ke sath.... tera waha na hona unhe acha ny laga but Sam ne unhe sambhal liya.....Ab tu idhar ki tension chod aur ja enjoy kar saale honeymoon par gaya hai na bhabhi ko tang kar mujhe kyu call kar raha? Ya phir tu he thak gaya? Thakele !!! Chal byeeee (He ended the call before he could throw all the harsh words at him)
"Abey!! pagal hai yeh kuch bhi bolta hai" he murmured going back to his wife who was still fast asleep. He laid down cuddling with her and didn't realise when he too drifted off.
