13. Nightmares

I was back in the house but I knew there was no escape this time. I can hear her coming and all I want to do is scream but I can't seem to make a noise.
Betty: what have you done this time (slaps her round the back and causes Abi to collapse on the floor) aww are you still too weak for this that's sad for you isn't it (kicks Abi in the stomach)

Leah: Abi Abi Abi wake up it's ok it was just a nightmare you're ok.
Abi: (Crying) Don't touch me please don't hurt me.
Leah: It's ok Abi I'm here I've got you. (Abi just breaks down in Leah's arms) It's ok you're safe now.
Abi: (panicking) I was stuck in that house again and I tried to scream but I couldn't make a noise and then she was there and I'm really sorry for waking you up Leah.
Leah: it's ok Abi stop panicking I'm here and about waking me up it's fine. Would you like me to stay here or do you want me to give you space?
Abi: Can you stay here please? I feel safe in your arms.
Leah: Of course I can gorgeous, try and get some more sleep and remember I'm here if you need me and I'm not going to let anything happen to you ever again.
Abi: Thanks Le night.
Leah: Night gorgeous girl(kisses Abi's head)
*the next morning*
Leah: Hey sleepy head how did you sleep once you fell back asleep?
Abi: Much better I felt a lot safer in your arms cutie.
Leah: Good, shall we go down and get some breakfast?
Abi: Sure let's go.
*goes downstairs to everyone in the kitchen*
Less: Hey Leah hey Abs can I talk to you Leah quickly in private?
Leah: Of course less
Less: (in another room) hey look I'm gonna tell you something but you can't tell Abs I was the one to tell you ok?
Leah: Less what's up is Abi ok?
Less: She's fine but I can tell you like her and to tell you the truth...
