I'm so sorry how long it's been I've been in quite a bad place and I'm still not completely better but I'm getting there. I just wanted to say don't do what I do and make sure you always believe and know that your thoughts are worthy and that people care because I can assure you that people do care. I will try and update today at some point if not then I'm not doing anything tomorrow and have a flight on Saturday so I'll try and write a lot then.
