"Nandini get your ass up girl, I was the drunk one and you are over here sleeping" I heard navya

I lifted my head out of the blanket and smiled at her

"Jeez are you okay darling" she asked caressing my face

"Ya" I said siting up

"No you aren't, Jesus Christ nandini. Cabirrr" she called

"Im fine, why are you calling cabir" I asked

"You have fever nandini" she said touching my forehead

"What's up" he said coming in

"Heyyy" I said

"Woah, what happened to you? Did you drink sweetie" he asked

"No I don't drink" I told him

"I know but you look sick" he said sitting by me when navy moved to make room for him

"No I don't I just didn't sleep too well" I said

"Whats wrong" he asked caressing my hair as I place my head on his shoulder

"Kuch bui ni"

"Nandu tu janti hai jhut mujhai ni pasand"

"Bhai such ni Hua, I just didn't like the party yesterday"

"I know, Manik said you didn't wanna stay so he took you home"

"Ya"

"But that's not what I'm asking you, im asking why you didn't sleep too well"

"Amma appa ko miss kar rahi thi" I told him

"Im right here, I know I can never take their place but you know I love you so much nandini, you are my sister" he said making me cuddle closer to him

"Bhai it's nothing like that, you have been the biggest support system for me. Even when you left na I used to think about you a lot, you are the only brother I have"

"Not true"

"It's true bhai, you know that Rajiv left as soon as ams passed away, I stayed alone for years but you were my constant support in my head so don't ever think that you aren't the only brother I have. You are the best" I said and he smiled

"Nandini im gonna be honest, you are my sister, I have always treated you and thought of you as my sister, and I will continue to do so" he said

"That means you bring me chocolates too" I asked and he laughed

"I always do, don't I" he asked

i smiled knowing he does, the past week since we have lived together he brings me something or the other every time he goes out.

"Nandini go shower, ill make you some soup" navya said caressing my legs over the blankets

"No thanks" I said

"Chup kar, go shower and this sulking or whatever tell me what happened before I ask Manik"

"I don't wanna talk to him, he is rude"

"He is but"

"But he is rude, be on my side na"

"I am on your side but don't tell him okay" he said and I nodded

"Cabir" Manik said coming in my room

"Ya'

"I umm" he was very fidgety, like his eyes weren't blank they were vulnerable

"Go bhai" I whispered and he got up

"Manik come with me" he said pulling him
