"I don't understand how harder you want me to go!" Amelia yells as she gets up from the ground.
she had begun her training with Lexa since they weren't able to arrive to Polis yet. Lexa believed it was better to start now, that there was no time to waist.
"again!" Lexa yells as Amelia picks up her sword as strikes at Lexa. she moves out of the way and tries to go for Amelia's back but she quickly turns around to avoid it. Lexa strikes at Amelia but she blocks both hits. but Lexa swoops her legs to throw her to the ground and put her sword on Amelia's throat. "dead."
"you do realize I could have just shot you dead right?" Amelia says as she rolls her eyes. Lexa offers her a hand and Amelia accepts as she gets up from the ground.
using a sword was harder than she thought, she was used to fighting normal combat. this was something else but she knew she could catch up quick, she was good with her hands.
"No! I've told you many times that a sword is the real way to fight. guns are for cowards." Lexa says.
"at least those cowards don't die." Amelia says as Lexa rolls her eyes.
"you have been learning quickly. soon you'll be able to get more proper training with the Flamekeeper." Lexa says.
"why do I need to learn all this again?" Amelia asks complaining.
"we are preparing for war against the mountain men. you are years behind on your training." Lexa says.
but before Amelia could respond, a guard interrupts them. "commander, it's for the nightblood." he says holding out a radio.
"it's for you." Lexa says as she grabs the radio and hands it to Amelia and she accepts.
"Clarke?" Amelia asks.
"Mel?" Clarke responds as Amelia lets out a sigh of relief.
Amelia wished to be with her back in arkadia but it was not possible. Lexa didn't let her leave. "god I've been worried, is everything okay?" Amelia asks.
"for now, good news though. Bellamy made it in, he's still working on turning off the acid fog. he wanted to make sure you were okay." Clarke says as Amelia smiles.
"I knew he could do it. are you coming to the meeting?" Amelia asks.
"I'm not sure, but if I do I'll be sure to be the first to greet you." Clarke says as Amelia smiles.
