Enid's pov:

-"shit sorry Ajax, I'll see ya tomorrow?"
I say in a hurry quickly leaving the room to chase after Wednesday. I get outside to the quad and see Wednesday walking away.
-"Wednesday?"
No response.
-"Wednesday!"
-"go away Enid."
I hear her say, still speed walking away.
-"ugh! Just meet me back at the dorm ok?"
-"fine."
She says with a wave as she walks farther away.

Wednesday's pov:

I haven't cried since I was 6. But now after almost 10 years I finally do? What's wrong with me. It's a little after 11 now so Enid should be asleep. I quietly open the door but am quickly tackled in a hug.
-"what the hell was that! Are you ok!?"
Enid asks. I sit up and lightly push her off of me.
-"off Enid"
She pouts.
-"I'm fine, I just thought you and Ajax could use some more alone time. Sorry I interrupted earlier"
-"what? No it's fine, you could never interrupt"
-"well this time I did. I apologize."
Enid sighs but then smiles.
-"it's ok, I'm so stressed for this weekend though"
-"hm? What's going on this weekend?"
I ask, realizing we're both still on the floor.
-"parents weekend. Duh"
Damn it. I had forgot that was coming up.
-"why don't you like parents weekend?"
I ask. Enid sighs and doesn't look as happy as normal.
-"my moms a bit judgy...I can only imagine how she'll be when I tell her I still haven't wolfed out"
She says in a cracked whisper and her eyes gloss over with tears. Without saying a word I get up and walk over to her laptop and place in one of her movies. She looks at me confused and I gesture for her to sit. She crawls over and I sit next to her.

Enid's pov:

-"you don't need to be a wolf for people to love and accept you Enid"
Wednesday says just as emotionlessly as always. She looks as me then pats my head in an attempt to comfort me. I laugh and feel the tears roll down my cheeks and she pulls me in to let me cry on her shoulder. Quietly she watches the movie. Ajax is great but only Wednesday makes me feel this comfortable.

Wednesday's pov:

After a few minutes Enid's sniffles cease and I realize she's fallen asleep. I gently slide her off my shoulder and pull a blanket over her. She starts mumbling in her sleep but I can't make out a word.
