Opposites attract

Good morning

Enid's pov:

-"knock knock lesbians!"
Yoko yells. I see a quick flash of light and then see as Bianca takes a picture of me. My visions fuzzy from just waking up and it's cold.
-"hm?"
I ask, sitting up. Wednesday sits up too, her eyes still basically closed.
-"y'all fell asleep out here so we thought we'd wake ya up"
-"And get a funny picture of y'all sleeping together"
Bianca says with a laugh as she leans on the railing next to Yoko.
-"we fell asleep on the balcony!?"
I exclaim. Wednesday looks around then stands up.
-"yes seems like it"
She says, as she stretches.

-"now give me the phone"
She says, extending her hand to Bianca. Bianca scoffs.
-"uh no, why should I?"
-"you took a picture of me without my permission or knowledge"
-"I'll delete it"
-"good."
-"just as soon as I send it to everybody!"
Wednesday charges towards her but Bianca instantly runs off. Yoko laughs and helps me up.
-"so what'd y'all do last night? I know things got pretty intense after the dance competition"
-"yeah..."
I still feel bad about that. I don't know how I'll ever be able to face Wednesday's family again.
-"we came up here, drank some hot chocolate, watched the fireworks and then I guess passed out"
I reply with a slight laugh.
-"awww y'all are so cute....any kissing??"
-"yoko!"
I yell, hitting her arm. She laughs.
-"whatttt y'all are dating so can't I ask?? I gotta make sure my sweet bestie is in the best care"
I laugh.

-"yeah yeah sure. No there wasn't any kissing from what I remember. I must've been pretty tired. I'm just glad the tournaments over"
I say, as we begin walking back into Wednesday's room.
-"uhh yeahhh about that, the tournament isn't over, we still got more competitions today. And uh you kinda promised Wednesday and her parents you'd participate in everything"
-"fuck"
I whine as I fall onto my bed. Suddenly me and Yoko's phones buzz. We unlock them and laugh as we see a picture sent from Bianca of me and Wednesday asleep on the balcony.
-"I guess Wednesday didn't get the phone in time"
Yoko says with a laugh.
-"she's gonna be all salty about it for the rest of the day"
I reply.

-"welp good luck with that, I better go save Bianca and start getting ready for the day"
I nod and give her a slight wave.
-"alright I'll see ya later"
Not long after Yoko leaves Wednesday returns.
-"back so soon sweetheart?"
I ask, with s smug smile.
-"you know I really do question why I decided to invite her along"
Wednesday says, walking over to me.
-"aww don't be like that"
I say, wrapping her in a hug.

Wednesday's pov:

I sit there as Enid hugs me, resting her head on my arm, enveloping me in her warmth and aroma. I sigh.
-"what's wrong?"
She asks, stopping the hug but still sitting close.
-"ah mi amor I hate myself for this but...the fencing tournament is today. We still need to complete"
-"yeah...Yoko mentioned it"
I nod.
-"are you ok?"
I ask.
-"duh! I'm totally ok Wednesday, besides imma whoop your family in fencing"
She says, with a bright smile. She can't beat my family. I know she's my girlfriend but I highly doubt she'll get past the first couple rounds.
-"...ok"
I reply, standing up.
-"I'll go get dressed then we can go downstairs"
-"ok"
She replies, with a thumbs up.

Enid's pov:

Wednesday closes the bathroom door and I fall back into the bed. God I can't wait for today to be over.
