Ajax's pov:

Xavier:
-'hey bud!'
-'ik we haven't talked in a few days so maybe this is random'
-'but I've done some thinking and you were right'
-'as long as Wednesday's happy I should be happy'
-'just like how your doing with Enid'

I look at the messages for a sec. It's been about 4 days since my slight argument with Xavier on the phone. I guess maybe that could've been enough time to reevaluate after all he was just upset before. I sigh and smile a bit.

Me:
-'no worries dude'
-'I'd just hate for you to ruin things before our trip to Wednesdays yk?'
-'I figure we just let them do their thing'

Xavier:
-'couldn't agree more!'
-'I was acting pretty childish'
-'I was just worked up and yk how I get'

Me:
-'👌'
-'no worries tho'
-'don't worry I didn't mention it to anyone, I figured you just needed your time to cool down'

Xavier:
-'thanks bro'
-'it's much appreciated'

Enid's pov:

Me:
-'hey y'all!'
-'I figured I'd make a group chat for all of us since we'll all be together in a few days anyways!'
-'Wednesdays in here too 😁'

Yoko:
-'omg hey girly!'

WEDNESDAY:
-'hello everyone'

Yoko, Bianca, Ajax:
-'Wednesday!'

Me:
-'😂'
-'glad y'all are so enthusiastic'

Xavier:
-'oh hey guys!'
-'it's been forever!'

Yoko:
-'omg Xavier??'
-'dang it really has been forever since I've heard from you'

Xavier:
-'yeahhh'
-'I've been keeping it chill mostly just texting Wednesday and my bud Ajax'

Eugene:
-'hey guys'

Ajax:
-'oh hey Eugene'
-'it's really good to hear from ya'

Eugene:
-'yeahh I don't text a lot'
-'I'm glad we'll all be hanging out soon tho'

Yoko:
-'frrr'
-'I can't wait to see everyone!'
-'oh yeah but Wednesday I was wondering do you celebrate Christmas?'

WEDNESDAY:
-'my family kind of does'
-'I'm not big on celebrating much of anything'
-'besides maybe Halloween'
-'why?'

Yoko:
-'just curious mostly'
-'but also I wanted to bring Christmas gifts!'
-'🎄🎁🎅'

Me and Bianca:
-'great idea!'

WEDNESDAY:
-'I suppose that could be nice'

Eugene and Ajax:
-'we totally should!'

WEDNESDAY:
-'ok well yeah if everyone's on board then yeah let's do gifts'
-'if everyone can ofc'

Xavier:
-'oh for sure'
-'good idea yoyo'

I frown a bit as I look down at the texts. I dunno why but something feels different. Xavier normally doesn't call Yoko "yoyo", that's mostly just my nickname for her and sometimes Bianca also refers to her as that. I guess that's not an issue though. They ARE in the nightshades together so I guess it's possible they have a better friendship than I had previously thought.

It's just weird. Texting everyone should feel nice but it just feels off in a way. I am super excited for next week though! I can't wait to see Wednesday!~

Oh shit. I'm gonna see Wednesday. AND it's Christmas! I've gotta get her the PERFECT gift.
