S2 Ep1: Auditions - Glee club style

Jacob Ben Israel questioned Quinn as the rest of the final four stood by her locker.

"How had life changed since the birth of your bastard child?" He asked the former cheerleader.

"Well im happy to be back and ready to start fresh." She replied

Gabriela saw the camera man point his camera directly at Santana's chest. She scoffed at the boy in disgust.

Quinn saw this as well and moved the camera back to facing her.

"And I'm a lot less hormonal, so there's not really any crying." Quinn finished her answer.

"Gabriela, how was your summer? is it true you got cheated on by a pool boy at your pare-" He attempted to ask before being interrupted by her.

"Never heard of him. My summer was fine." She replied uninterested.

"How was your summer?" He moved onto Santana.

"My eye's are up here Jewfro." She said catching him staring. "And it was uneventful."

"People thought I went on vacation, but actually I spent the summer lost in the sewers." Brittany spoke into the mic.

"So that's why you didn't text me?" Gabriela asked her. Brittany replied with a nod.

"These are the latest comments from Jacob Be Israel's blog. Glee is a giant ball of suck." The glee coach read out.

"We get it Mr Shue. Everyone still hates us. So what? So we're plankton on the high school food chain. Only difference now is that none of us really care." Kurt told him.

"Kurts right. We're a family. They can bring it all they want, none of it is gonna break us." Mercedes agreed with him

"I'm happy that you guys have all bonded, the problem is that all of this negative stuff is keeping other students from auditioning."

"Good, why do we need new members?" Tina asked

"If we wanna go to nationals, if we wanna beat Vocal Adrenaline, we have to go from a small rebel force to a giant wall of sound." He answered.

"Yeah. Mr Shuester's right you guys. You didn't see Vocal Adrenaline at regionals. They were epic. We're gonna need more voices in order to beat them." Rachel jumped in. Finn stood up and agreed with his girlfriend.

"Gross." Brittany commented

"Okay guys, here's the plan. Nationals are in New York this year, and we are going!" Mr Shue said. "Now lets go out there show them how cool this will be, how cool we can be. If they're not gonna come to us, lets go to them.They say we only sing showtunes and 80's pop."

Yes. That's all we do sing.

Gabriela thought to herself.

"Let's show them how down we are. Let's give them the song of the year, New Directions style." Mr Shue continued.

Gabriela came out with the rest of the Final Four, on the top of the staircase, grinding on the rails as they made their way down.

She turned around to face Santana, singing to her and ruffling her hair, that was loose for once in a while.

As Gabriela danced with the rest of the girls she caught the eye of a blonde boy who seemed to have abnormally large fish lips, and a lightskin boy with light green eyes and fantastic curls.

When the song ended the school gave no reaction they all just sat there not knowing what to do.

"I don't know Gabs, i doubt anyone will join after that terrible performance." Santana said as she hung up sign-up sheets.

"Well, there was two boys that looked like they were enjoying it. Maybe they will." Gabriela told her best friend.

"Here comes one of them now." She said as the boy walked up towards her. Santana not really paying attention.

"Hey." He greeted her.

"Hi" She greeted back, sounding more like a question than anything

"I'm Andre, Andre Adams. I'm new here. I saw you and your friends performing earlier on. It was pretty good." He complimented.

Santana turned around and saw this tall ass boy standing and talking to her best friend. He was at least 6'3.

"Thanks. I'm Gabriela,Gabriela Moreno." She replied putting on a smile. "If you enjoyed the performance you should come try out for Glee club. 3-5"

"Yeah, I know you, my mom is a big fan of your mother. And I will try out for your club. So I'll see you around?" He asked walking away

"Yup. See you." She said to the boy.

Santana fake coughed to get her best friend's attention. "So, who was the giant?"

"One of the boys that was interested in our performance." She reminded Santana.

"Seems like he was more interested in you than in joining, considering he didn't sign up on the paper." Santana rolled her eyes.

"Come on, lets go." She said locking pinkies with Santana.
