"Well, considering you two used all my sugar, we should stop by the shop for some supplies," Kaeya suggested as he locked the door to his house behind him. You all agreed and started heading to the main square of Mondstadt.

"You know who works right next to General Goods, don't you?" Amber sing-songed cheerily. You felt your face light up with heat.

"Timaeus!" Albedo crooned, leaning into you. You put your hand on his face and pushed him away from you.

"Shut up," you hissed quietly, hoping Kaeya didn't hear. Your group walked up to Blanche at Mondstadt General Goods. Kaeya took charge and began ordering, while you let your eyes wander over to the alchemy shop.

There he was. Timaeus. Your long time crush. Smiling and laughing with a customer. You had to keep yourself from swooning. He was so cute. He was so dedicated to his post, it was like he never left the alchemy shop. Despite not having the natural skills of Sucrose and Albedo, he worked his ass off and came up with such good ideas to implement alchemy into everyday life. You sighed and leaned on the wall of the store, gazing dreamily over at him.

"Go talk to him!" Albedo said, nudging you.

"I-I can't," you stuttered, "I'll make a fool out of myself again..." You covered your face with your hands, trying to hide the blush.

"What are you talking about?" you heard the voice you didn't want to hear ask.

"Nothing!" you snapped, turning to face your captain, "Absolutely nothing." You tried to look as casual as possible, but glanced over at Timaeus to see if he had noticed you. He hadn't. You felt relieved, but also disappointed.

Kaeya followed your eyes over to the alchemy shop, then looked back at you. He saw how deeply you were blushing and how nervous you looked, even though you were trying to act natural. You cringed when his signature evil smile appeared on his face.

"No way..." he chuckled.

"Kaeya, I swear to Barbatos-"

"That guy?" he managed to choke out before he burst into mocking laughter.

Your face became as hot as the sun and you glanced back at Timaeus, who had finally looked over your way. He smiled and waved at you in a friendly manner. You managed to smile and wave back sheepishly, but knew from Timaeus' awkward reaction that you looked like an idiot. You snapped your head back around to Kaeya, who still laughed loudly and wiped a tear from his eye.

"Okay, we're done here," you stated quickly and started walking towards Mondstadt's gates.

"Come on, you don't wanna chat with your boyfriend?" Kaeya shouted after you. You stopped and gritted your teeth before whipping around and walking back towards him.

"Can you shut the fuck up for like two seconds?" You snapped, getting in his face.

"Can you not be so sensitive for two seconds?" he shot back harshly. Your hands clenched into fists.

"Okay, enough you two," Albedo interrupted, inserting his arms in between you and opening them to separate you.

"They were getting along so well..." Amber sighed in exasperation. You huffed and turned away from Kaeya, trying to calm your anger.

"Pussy..." he muttered. In an instant, you whipped around and jumped for him, but Albedo and Amber held you back.

"Say that to my face, bitch!" you snapped, trying to pull the hands of your friends off your body.

"Fine," Kaeya stated nonchalantly, leaning in close to your angry face.

"Pussy," he whispered slowly, so close you could feel his breath on your lips. A warm shiver went through your body.

"I'm not a pussy," you grunted. Kaeya shrugged.

"Then prove it," he dared you, stepping aside and gesturing to the alchemy shop. You stopped struggling and took a deep breath. Your friends slowly released you.

"Watch me," you replied confidently. You smoothed out your clothes and started walking towards the alchemy shop. Albedo and Amber watched in disbelief as you walked towards your crush. You started out confident, but the closer you got, the more nervous you became. Your knees started to shake and your stomach became tied in knots, but somehow you made it to the alchemy shop and walked up to Timaeus.

"H-hey, how's it going?" you asked casually, cursing yourself for stuttering. Timaeus looked up at you and smiled politely.

"Hey, Y/N! It's going good. The shop has been pretty busy this morning," he replied, "How's it going with you?" You tried to steady your breathing before answering.

"It's going good for me too," you responded, "We're all about to head out for Dragonspine on a mission. Amber heard about some treasure that's supposedly this super powerful weapon so we're gonna go dig it up. Albedo is coming to do some drawings too." Timaeus nodded.

"Cool," he said, "Well good luck!"

"Thanks," you replied quickly. A moment of awkward silence passed. Your body felt hot. You tried to stop trembling, but couldn't. All you could do was smile awkwardly. You felt like you were choking. You tried to swallow the lump in your throat.

"Okay, bye, Timaeus!" you finally managed to choke out, your voice cracking. You quickly turned away and walked back towards your group, blushing furiously.

"Bye Y/N...." Timaeus said after you.

"Way to go!" Amber cheered when you returned to your companions, "How did it go?"

"I don't wanna talk about it..." you mumbled, walking past them towards the gate. They all caught up to you.

"That bad, huh?" Albedo asked sympathetically. You sighed and looked at your feet. A hand came down on your head.

"At least you're not a pussy," Kaeya commented smoothly, messing up your hair. You slapped his hand away.
