Chapter 24

Migyung's POV

Everyone sat on the bench, feeling sad and gloomy especially Sunghoon. He's crying non-stop as two of his friends was trying to comfort him. I didn't want to watch the scene anymore longer so I asked an excuse to go to the restroom. I don't know where the toilet is but screw it. How far can the restroom be? I walked for almost 2 minutes to find a restroom. My face are also swollen. I cried too. It's not just because I was sad, it's because I was heartbroken seeing someone's crying.

I had finally found a restroom. I exhaled and attempting to walk towards it until noises coming from a room got my attention.

"How long we have to keep this? We need a true information about the patient's death. What should we do, doctor? Should we really have to lie?"

"It's okay, we have a proof here. First thing first we have to report to the police about it. How could they not notice about these two kids appearance? And what are their intention of killing Mrs. Park?"

As soon as I heard the name. I slammed the door open. Well, it wasn't locked. Everyone looked so shocked.

"What did you said, doctor?", I asked and looks at them with deadly eyes.

"Who killed her? Let me see"

"No miss, this is none of your business—"

"None of my business? Oh okay then I'll tell everyone right away. How could you lie to them? What kind of doctor are you?", I said and was about to walk out.

"Miss! Stop! You're not telling anyone about anything!", said one of the nurse.

"It wasn't my fault! Two unknown boys pulled the oxygen plug without anyone noticing! Don't tell anyone about this! This is a serious case!"

"Oh really? If so, let me see the evidence or I'll tell the whole hospital about your secrets", I crossed my arms and handed out my hand.

"Ugh fine! Close the door, Nia", the doctor said as the nurse hurriedly closed the door.

He handed me the envelope. Wow it's already packed.I took out a bunch of papers and when I look at it, I gasped. Isn't it....?

"Miss? What's wrong?"

     I wiped my tears while running as fast as I could. I quickly called an uber to take me home. I could see dad's driver from afar but pretended to not noticing him.

I sniffed and turns around to find a seat until someone bumped into me making me fell. I groaned a bit when my buttocks hit the floor hard.

"I-I'm sorry miss!", a guy said and grabbed a napkin that accidentally fell from his hands and immediately walked away. I sighed and accepted the faith that he didn't helped me up. I truly understand, maybe he's in a rush.

I stood up and took a glance on him, and also his friend. They both looked like they're in a rush. The one that bumped into me is wearing a white shirt while the other guy is wearing a green shirt.

Whatever, not even my business....

"I saw them yesterday! I bumped into the guy in white shirt", I said.

All of them are in shocked. I also couldn't believe that I just bumped into them.

" I couldn't remember their faces but what I do remember is what they're wearing. The guy in white shirt also wears a red cap", I explained.

"They unplugged the plug using a some kind of a white napkin maybe? We could also see a price tag on it so that means they just bought it just to do that. The other guy also wore a doctor's blazer which means he faked as a doctor", the other nurse said while pointing at the monitor.

I looked back at the pictures. It looks so familiar to what I saw yesterday.

"Oh! When we bumped into each other, the other guy accidentally dropped the napkin. It's from Nike, I could see the logo very easily", I said. All of them looked amused.

"Wow, Miss. You could be one of the witness", said the doctor.

"Yeah I'm sure do. But the thing is, why would you lie?"

As soon as she asked that, all of them looked at each other.

"W-We know that her son is hot-headed so I don't want make this issue more bigger. I know, even though it's not our fault, he will never accept it. I knew him for a long time. I'm the one who always checks on his mom. But don't worry, I'll still report it to the police for investigation about the two boys", the doctor said. Migyung sighed and nodded as response.

"I should leave now, your secrets safe with me", she said and walked outside before closing the door. She couldn't believe what just happened.

I need to know who they are...

What's their relationship with Mrs. Park?
