Mino's POV
I hid inside my room, waiting for Migyung to get inside her room. She closed the door before locking it. I sighed when I realized that the plan didn't work out. Why does that Park Sunghoon guy have to be so cruel and harsh on her?
I walked towards mom and dad and slowly shook my head slowly.
"Aigoo....it still doesn't work out?", Mrs. Lee sighed.
"Yes.....Sunghoon is being so harsh on her mom, and he kept blaming her", Mino said.
"I think maybe Sunghoon have some trust issues with her and this should get sorted out soon. Why don't you talk to both of them?", Mr. Park said.
"I can but, how?"
"Just ask Migyung if she wants to marry Sunghoon. If she doesn't then we should end this"

Migyung's POV
I wrote some notes on my phone angrily. That guy was being a total a$$hole. How could he say that? Who he is? I'm rich but at least I'm not arrogant like him. Does he have a heart disease? Why does he kept changing his personality.
I was stressed out. But suddenly I got distracted by a knock on the door. I knew who is it going to be. Totally not Sunghoon. I didn't answer it and just stared at the door, waiting for that person to just open the door.
And lastly, the door opens, revealing the person I expected, Mino. Even if I don't let him enter my room, he would just open the door.
"What?", I glared.
"You're probably mad at me, but um we need to discuss about something"
"This must be about Sunghoon right? Please I'm done talking about him, I would really want to kill him right away", I grabbed a scissors from my nightstand.
"Hey hey put that down", Mino gulped.
He snatched the scissors before putting it inside a drawer. Then he came back and sat besides me.
"I'll be quick with this..."
"Do you want to marry Sunghoon?", he asked.
"No—"
"Listen first before you answer that"
I frowned, waiting for him to continue.
"What do you feel about him? I'm sorry to ask you again. Even if your answer is no, I take it as a yes because I know you. You said you love Mrs. Park very much right? Marrying Sunghoon is her last quest. Don't you think she would be so sad and disappointed if you guys don't end up together? Mrs. Park likes you so much and she knows that you're perfect for his son"
I went silent. What he said was true.
"There's more...."

Meanwhile someone's POV
"You f*cking bastard!", he kicked my stomach several times making me cough blood. I couldn't properly breathe since it hurts so bad.
"You've betrayed me man......"
He took out his phone and checked on something.
"U-ugh! I will n-never be f-friends with a murderer!", I said, trying to stand up.
"You know what will happen right? Huh?", he pulled my collar and shows me his phone. Pictures of me, of course.
"D-Don't!", I tried to snatch his phone but I couldn't when he punched me on the face.
"I will....right no—"
A sound of a door being slammed open makes both of them flinch.
"Brings your hands in the air now!", said one of the police that came right in. They arrived on time.
"Wha—You called the cops?!"
"Yes.....", I said.
"F*ck you!"
Two police ran towards him with hand cuffs. They pushed him against the wall.
"You had been arrested for murdering Mrs. Park. You have right to remain silent", said one of the police. They dragged him outside as one more police helped me.
"How do we tell his parents about this sir?"
"I-I'll handle it......", I said, trying to hold back the pain.
"Okay sir"
"Wait, c-can you pass me the phone?", I pointed towards Jason's phone on the floor. He nodded and took it before handing it to me.
I quickly deleted all the pictures of me. I sigh as relief when I'm no longer Jason's pet. I'm tired. I smiled before giving it to the police.
"Hey, do you mind handcuff me?"
"What? Why sir?"
"I was also involved......even though I was forced. But still I had done something wrong", I said.
"Okay....as you wish sir"

Back to previous POV
"So I have to....marry him? You mean I should?"
"Yes", Mino answered.
It was silence as I tried to process everything on my head.
"You still have a chance to win his heart. It may be hard but you're close", he continued.
"O-Okay....I—"
Suddenly her phone rang. She looked at the ID and it must be important.
"Excuse me", I said as Mino nodded. I walked out of the bedroom and answer it.
Me: Hello? Doctor Liu?
Dr. Liu: MIGYUNG! You have to come at the police station now!
Me: What? Wh-what's wrong?
Dr. Liu: It's about Mrs. Park's case. T-Turns out......t-turns out....
At the moment I realised that he knew it. He began to stutter so I tried to find a way to calm him down.
Me: I know Doctor.....
Dr. Liu: Know what?
Me: That your son is one of the suspect that killed Sunghoon's mom.
"Who....killed my mom?"
A sudden voice appeared. I flinched and quickly ended the call. I gulped when his eyes are looking directly into my eyes like he wants to stab me with a knife.
"Migyung, explain ", he walked towards her fast and pushed her against the wall. She was so scared and it makes her so hard to speak.
"Lee Migyung tell me what are you hiding?!"
"What the f*ck did you mean earlier?!"
"Who killed my mother?!"
"Migyung answer me!!"
He yelled louder than he did before this.
Mino came out from my room when he heard him yelling. Mom and dad also came out from their room worriedly.
"What is going on?", mom asked as Mino pushed Sunghoon away from me.
"Your daughter here is keeping secrets from us! About my mom!"
"What does he mean, Migyung?", mom asked. I shouldn't lie to mom....but I don't want Sunghoon to know....
"Lee Migyung just speak—"
"Jason killed your mom!"
