"He still hasn't come home yet. I messaged him fifty minutes ago, and he still hasn't replied," said Jake to Migyung over the phone. His voice clearly sounds so worried. Sunghoon never came home this late.

"Do you think his coach is forcing him to stay?" Migyung asked, playing with her fingers anxiously.

"Um... I don't know about that," Jake sighed.

"Hurm... I guess we should just wait. Update me later when he gets home," Migyung said with a sad tone.

"Okay, I will."

Migyung ends the call and lies back down on her bed. She covered her face with her arms and let out a slight sigh. She started to get worried about Sunghoon's condition. No matter what, she has to bring Heeseung there tomorrow.

"Where's Migyung?" asked Mr. Lee.

"She's upstairs. She said she's tired so she needs to rest," Mino said before shoving a spoonful of rice into his mouth.

"Okay," Mr. Lee nodded.

"Um... I've been wondering. What is our daughter and soon-to-be son-in-law up to? I hope they didn't fight again. I'm always confused about their relationship. Do they really love each other?" Mrs. Lee spoke. Mino swallowed his food and frowned.

"Why do you think of that, Mom?" Mino asked.

"Well, I don't usually see them spending time with each other. I hope we're not forcing them," Mrs. Lee looked down.

"No, Mom, not at all. Maybe they are just shy to show each other love and affection in front of us. I promise you that they really love each other. It's just that both of them are busy right now. They need some time to focus on themselves," Mino said. He hoped that his mother would understand.

"Hm... I kept thinking of it over and over... I'm just afraid that Migyung got hurt... I think..." Mrs. Lee stopped at her sentence.

"You think of what, darling?" asked Mr. Lee.

She looked at Mino before slightly glancing at her husband. She cleared her throat.

"I think... I want them to marry as soon as possible," she said.

Mino raised his eyebrows while Mr. Lee didn't look surprised or confused.

"Sure, why not? I agree with you," Mr. Lee simply said.

"Wait, isn't it too early? They haven't even graduated yet. Also, why is she getting married first before me?" Mino pouted.

"Yah, that's your fault for not having a girlfriend," Mr. Lee sarcastically said.

"Awh, it's because I'm busy with all my work. I have no time to have one," Mino said in a sad tone.

"Find a time, Mino. I'm sure you'll have one," Mrs. Lee said.

"But... how is Sunghoon going to be responsible towards Migyung if he doesn't have a job?" Mino changed the subject when the question crossed his mind.

"He can work at my company. After a long time he stayed here, I knew his potential," Mr. Lee said.

Mino nodded in response.

"But do they want to get married early?"

Meanwhile....

"Tomorrow at 7, okay? Don't get injured. If your legs hurt, ice would do," said Sunghoon's coach.

Sunghoon responded with a slight nod. He was too tired to open his mouth. His coach left as Sunghoon was busy packing his things. After that, he walked out of the building as a taxi picked him up.

Timeskip...

Sunghoon rang the doorbell and waited for someone to open it. It's 11 p.m., and he didn't expect that Jake was the one who opened the door, not his maid. He usually slept at this time.

"You're late," Jake said as Sunghoon walked in with a straight face.

"Extra practice," he replied, about to go upstairs until Jake stopped him by touching his shoulder.

"Have you eaten? You never came home from practice this late. I know you over-practice, you could barely get any rest. Please don't force yourself," Jake said.

Sunghoon shrugged off his hand.

"I'm not, and I ate already," he continued to walk.

"Stop. I know you're forcing yourself, Park Sunghoon. What if you're sick? I would get worried, and Migyung also," Jake said.

Sunghoon stopped.

"Don't mention her."

"Why? She's your girlfriend."

Sunghoon sighed.

"I have no time for this. I'm tired."

"No, we really need to talk. You're bringing back the old you. That f*cking bastard Park Sunghoon is back," Jake clenched his fist.

Sunghoon squinted his eyes and walked away, leaving Jake. Jake was speechless.

"Why is he being cold again?"

"I know that he needs Migyung..."

"Migyung..."

The next day...

"Migyung, I'm sorry I didn't update about him yesterday. He came home at 11 p.m. and went straight to his bedroom. I didn't want to bother him since he's tired," Jake said over the phone.

"Ou... it's okay. But where is he now?" Migyung said in a sad tone.

"He left early....... quite early. Maybe he had breakfast outside," Jake said.

"Oh, really..."

"Jake..."

"Yes?" Jake questioned.

"I will bring Heeseung today," she said.

"Ou... but when? You know he's going home late now. I don't recommend you to come at night," Jake said.

"No... I will take him there, not at your house."

"Are you sure it is a good idea? What if he gets mad?" Jake asked, feeling unsure about her decision.

"I'm sure."

"Okay, I'll join you. Call me when you're going," Jake said.

"Okay."

Migyung ended the call and shoved her phone in her pocket. She walked outside her house and hopped inside the car. She decided to skip school today, just to settle things between Heeseung and Sunghoon. But while on the way to the hospital with Sir Ali, something crossed her mind.

Why am I interfering in someone else's problem?

Why do I care?

Why do I want to help them so badly?

I care because I love

I really love Sunghoon.

So I have to help with what is related to him...

Should I or should I not?
