Chapter 15

   "I realised what I've done was wrong. You're actually the kindest girl I've known. I thought you're just like the other girls and I judged you too quickly...."

Sunghoon said as he puts down the box he's holding and walked closer to her.

"Will you forgive me?"

Migyung went silent. She was stunned to speak. Does he really mean it?

"Uh—"

"Migyung-ah", her sentence got cut when a person calls her name. It was definitely Mino.

"Oh hey you work here?", Mino recognises Sunghoon as he quickly walk towards him.

"Oh yeah I work here part-time", Sunghoon replied before chuckling nervously.

"Did I interrupted you guys? You two seems close", Mino said and bring his arm around Sunghoon's shoulder. 

Sunghoon swallows his saliva and looks away. He feels so embarrassed and awkward around Mino so he slowly backs away with his head hung low.

"Sorry I should continue doing my work", Sunghoon bowed before slowly walk away.

Mino and Migyung watched as his figure started to fade away from their sight. Mino frowned when he realised how awkward the atmosphere was when he came.

"Um, are you done? Let's head to the cashier now", Mino said and hurriedly walk towards the cashier with the shopping basket. Migyung froze for a couple of seconds before slightly turns around. Then she chased Mino so she wouldn't left behind.

The next day...

The school bell rings, meaning the history class had ended. It felt so quick. Migyung packed her bags and ready to go to her next class which is cooking class. She just joined it today.

"Are you going now?", Hani asked while packing her things.

"Yup, you?", Migyung answered.

"I'm going to music class, see you later", Hani said as Migyung waved before walking outside the classroom.

Suddenly she stopped when a person stood infront of her. She looked up and it's Sunghoon. Why did he suddenly stopped her?

"Sunghoon?"

"Um Migyung, I uh.....about yesterday...."

"Hm yesterday?"

"Yeah....I apologised....are you okay with it?", Sunghoon scratched the back of his neck nervously.

"Oh y-yeah! It's okay I had forgave you already", Migyung said, avoiding his gaze. She have no idea why she feels so awkward around him.

"Oh okay um....where are you heading to?", Sunghoon asked.

"Cooking class, you?"

"Oh um I have ice skate practice...."

"Oh so you're not going to be here for the rest of the period?"

"Y-yeah until 5 p.m.", Sunghoon said.

They looked so awkward....

"Oh okay, I'll get going now, don't wanna be late", Migyung chuckled and walked slowly past him.

"Alright, be safe"

Migyung froze and didn't believe what did she just heard. She slapped herself slowly to see if it's actually a dream but turns out it's not. He really just said that. Migyung nodded and turns around before walking away from him. She felt a sudden feeling in her stomach making her feel ticklish.
