"We are so old for this linen shit", Ryker entered the room complaining with Rose on his hip, Ryan on his back and Reese holding his hand. Our kids love their Dad more than me, it's a known fact across the pack. When he's around they follow him everywhere. I gave up fighting for number one ages ago. He's an amazing Dad and even though he's busy, he always makes time for them... for us.
The fact that the triplets looked exactly like him was so cute, it made me smile and thank the moon goddess every time.
"You look amazing baby. Stop complaining", I said as he paraded our kids to come and kiss my forehead with him being the last. He kissed my lips then kneeled and kissed my baby bump. "Daddy, is there a baby in there?", Rose asked making me smile. "Yes there is princess, come and feel it", he said putting her hand on my bump. The baby kicked making her giggle. Reese and Ryan rushed to come and hold my bump too and they got a kick too. "Does it hurt?", Reese looked worried, typical Ryker instinct. "No honey. It tickles though. Like this", I said while tickling him, making him laugh.
"You can go get dressed now your Majesty", my stylist said making me nod. "Baby, come help me", I called Ryker as I was heading to our bedroom. "Ok warriors, sit and wait for my orders", he said playfully and all the kids ran to collect their toys and started playing with them.
"You make it look so easy. They don't listen to me at all", I whined as he helped me with the zipper of my empire waist nude dress, it had a slit that reached mid-thigh, simply beautiful. "My amazing wife, they do listen to you, they just pretend not to, that's all", he said then kissed my neck. He was distracting me because he knew I was telling the truth.
"You're the most beautiful pregnant woman I have ever seen", he said kissing my temple as we both looked in the mirror. I did like how I looked. I looked cute. "Thank you, husband. I can't believe it's been three years", I said trying to recall all our milestones from him proposing at our fancy dinner date to the wedding and giving birth.
Oh! Mildred and Abe laughed at the way I was screaming and the fact that Ryker passed out after seeing Reese coming out of my vagina. He missed the other two births so Mildred had to step in and help me. They never miss a chance to remind him about it. It's very funny because it makes him blush every time.
"The best three years of my life. Can't wait to make more memories with you", he said then gave me a peck. I looked at him all confused. "I promised Mildred I wouldn't ruin your makeup", he said with his hands up in surrender.
"Oh, my goddess! You look amazing... Abe why didn't I look this pretty when I was pregnant?", she asked making me feel shy all of a sudden. "Because you had a big nose", Ethal said rubbing her four-month-old bump. "Don't remind me, Crystal made my skin get seven different colours I mean who does that huh?", Mildred said making us laugh.
"Ok, gang! We're ready", Chris said as he entered our bedroom. We all followed him to the garden where all our friends were waiting for us. The place was decorated with nude-coloured balloons. It was an amazing setting. I took pictures at every angle until I was told to sit down. The kids sat with me, Reese making sure everyone sat properly. "Are you ok Mum?", he asked making me smile. "Yes, honey. Thank you", I said then kissed his forehead.
Ryker burst the balloon and pink smoke came out making me and Rose cheer. We had won the bet. Ryker promised that if the baby turned out to be a girl, he would buy me and Rose whatever we wanted, we had a girls meeting and chose cookies and cream ice cream and a tea party with makeup. "Mummy we won, yeeeiii", she said giving me a high five. The boys didn't look happy at all.
"What did I miss?", Abe asked. "They just won a bet and I have to buy ice cream for baby mama and have a tea party with makeup for Rose", Ryker said sounding defeated. "Oh, Karma. Remember Crystal's makeup phase and how you used to take pictures of me?", Abe said with a smirk, making Ryker run his hand over his face.
"Can I kiss my wife without being asked about her make-up?", he ignored Abe and asked Mildred who asked the photographer if he got all the pictures. When the man said yes, she gave Ryker a thumbs up.
He pulled me to his chest kissing the hell out of me. His hand reached my ass cheek and he smacked it making me smile into the kiss. "Daddy, I wanna pee", Rose said making me laugh and he released a breath. "Of course, she would want to pee now", he whispered in my ear then kissed my cheek, leading her to the washrooms.
I looked around me and saw happy faces. They all came to celebrate with us. It had been a long road but this part was the best... enjoying my happy ending. It didn't matter what the future had in store for me, all I knew was Ryker was never going to let me face it alone. He was going to be there with me.
I was brought back to reality when Chris slipped and fell on his butt right behind me, making me look down and fuck! My water just broke. "Thank goddess, I thought I peed on myself", Chris said standing up.
We called Ryker and rushed to the pack hospital. Our doctor was waiting for us with a huge smile. "Are you brave enough man? We wouldn't want your daughter's first impression to be her hero passing out", Abe teased, making Ryker show him his middle finger. We laughed until the contractions started getting serious. I was rushed to the labor room and Ryker was holding my hand throughout.
He looked excited which was weird. "You weren't this excited the first time baby, what gives?", I asked in between the breath in and out turns, making him grin. "I just have a feeling that our bond will be special. I can't explain it but am just eager to meet her", he said then kissed my lips. It was all romantic until the contractions were too much.
I heard a cry that was so innocent ring across the ward and finally, the Doctor placed her on my chest as Ryker cut the cord. He looked confident. "Welcome to the world Princess Elsa", he said kissing her tiny head. She stopped crying and opened her eyes, looking at her Dad as if she could see right through him and I knew the two were going to be inseparable and I was the luckiest girl alive.
