PART 1: AARAV VS VOTILDA

After the fight between Gavin and Eve, everyone watching was excited. They all now had Aarav and Votilda, standing face-to-face with each other. Everyone knew they had a small rivalry going on between themselves.

"It won't be easy this time," said Votilda.

"I'd like it that way," said Aarav.

Some time ago, Votilda, Finek, and Gavin had attacked Aarav, but he still defeated them with no trouble even in a handicapped fight. Surely, everyone had grown after that, and as the current situation demanded 100%, Votilda knew she would not go down easy.

Aarav ran straight toward Votilda. He had to fight only the weaker students until her. The same was the case with Votilda, both of them were almost at their best, but still, they had to save some of their energy as the winner of the fight would need to fight Gavin. As the normal scenario went, he would not be easy to defeat.

Aarav punched Votilda, she defended with an X formed by her arm, but the impact was still strong, she had to take a step back. She immediately gathered flames in her arms and shoved Aarav back with twice as much strength. Aarav used an X made of his arms to defend, but he still had to take a step back.

Aarav waved his hand and vines came out of the ring making cracks and restraining Votilda, she used her flames to burn them and get free. Votilda ran toward Aarav. She used martial arts to fight, and Aarav was just as talented as her. They both exchanged blows with almost equal power.

"You dream about being Master Ellendun's student?" Votilda asked.

"Don't you?" Aarav asked back.

"It would be nice, but first, I'd like to defeat you," said Votilda.

"That's the problem, you don't think too far," said Aarav.

Aarav grabbed Votilda's punch and pulled her closer, he made her crash into his elbow. She fell in pain. It took Votilda a second to get back to her senses, but then she said,

"If it's all easy for you, why don't you defeat me already?"

"It's not easy," Aarav said.

"I knew it," said Votilda, "We all have grown stronger by a lot and you have not progressed much."

"No, that's not the case," said Aarav. "This fight would be easier for me, but not for the most out there. You and Gavin are strong, but you are driven by hatred."

"So what?" Votilda asked. "Do you want us to be weak and cute like your girlfriend? You both haven't made it official, but the whole school knows about your love story."

"That's not the point," said Aarav, "I just want to say that I look down on those who look down on me. Don't look down on anyone, we are all doing our best."

Votilda got up and punched Aarav. He did not flinch.

"You humans take everything from us," Votilda said. "Our school seats, dormitories, funds, and now you want to be a Master's student and take away the opportunity from someone who was born on this soil?"

"The opportunity is for the best," said Aarav, "If anyone else is better, they can gladly swipe it away from my sight."

Votilda summoned fire in her arms and punched, Aarav turned his hand into a rock and grabbed her fist. He shoved her hand away and punched her with his other hand.

Votilda gathered flames and formed a spear. She yelled,

"SPEAR THROW!"

She threw her spear of fire out of her hand at nearly point-blank range at Aarav. He turned his torso and made it rock hard, the spear touched his body and dissipated.
