Chapter 51: Flowerization

PART 1: FLOWERS AND FLAME

While Gavin was keeping Eve occupied with an argument about his mistake of casting a very powerful move, Raymond noticed someone missing.

"There was one more," Raymond said. "There were 5 people."

Katie and Annie looked around. There was Rebecca near the coast, sitting calmly with disappointment, and her team — Corg, Jeremy, and Collin were unconscious on the sand near the victors. Aarav came and pointed behind a tree.

"We know you are harmless," Aarav said. "Come out, we need to discuss something peacefully."

A thin and tall boy came near the light source Raymond had lighted. Finn had raised his hands in the air to show that he was harmless. He knew some combat, but he was sure it was not enough to defeat the monsters in front of him.

"Arrest me," said Finn.

"That we will," said Katie. "But we want to know what you were sent to do here."

Aarav knew that Finn would speak and clear things. But he did not need to. Things were pretty clear, Koyaku had sent some people to capture human beings in Elemental Lands.

"I won't speak!" Finn yelled.

Eve admired the words. She thought Finn was a weakling, but he had guts. Gavin walked near Rebecca to help her up. He was sure he had scared her. She was sitting calmly with her hair over her face. Gavin shook her and said,

"Are you okay? I want you to know that I didn't mean to attack you like that. I'm sure you'd understand the heat of the battle."

Gavin waited, but Rebecca did not speak. She did not even look up. A voice came from behind her.

"Are you going to let him win?"

Jade had dived right behind Rebecca. It was very quick. Rebecca's eyes grew bigger with shock. Gavin quickly launched a punch at Jade. But Jade was quick, he deflected it with ease and punched Gavin with his other hand. Gavin was thrown far behind near the trees.

Aarav and Raymond became aware of it and came forward. Eve ran behind Finn to keep him hostage. Katie stood near the three people who were unconscious on the ground after Aarav's attack. Annie came behind Aarav and Raymond to save them from Jade's attack.

Raymond and Aarav took their Army 11 cloaks off. It was all so quick. Everyone knew they were up against a Dark Master. Everyone's eyes were on Jade, focusing at the top of their abilities, for any attacks.

Katie suddenly noticed flowers coming out from the ground near Corg, Jeremy, and Collin. It was very fast, before she could let the others know, Corg, Jeremy, and Collin were fully covered with flowers. It appeared to be a shield.

"If I fight you here and now," said Jade to Army 11 members, "it won't scare you, it will only make you motivated to work hard. So I will do this."

Jade raised his hand in the air and said,

"SWIRLING FLAMES!"

From Jade's hand, flames came out and moved around him. Annie's eyes glowed purple. She knew the move coming at them was having spread over an area and was not meant to be for a single target. She created a tear in its area with her eyes to save everyone. But She could not anticipate the true potential of Jade's move.

As the flames were swirling and not steady, Annie had no way to know how useful her tear would be. The flames were quick and violent, the tear Annie created only lasted for a second when Raymond was saved from the impact. Jade's flames threw the others back.

Jade took a step back as he saw Raymond moving closer without wasting any time. Within that fraction of a second, he also sensed Elemental Energy above him. He saw Katie up there, her right arm covered with crackling lightning.
