PART 1: FRUSTRATION

Captain Ellie had almost won the battle. She had dropped her guard, she did not think that Raymond or Katie had anything left to show. They were trapped underneath the rubble. They were alive, but they had no scope of attacking any more.

Eve came from behind, exactly at the level of Captain Ellie's head. Eve kicked her head like a football. Captain Ellie fell to her face, but she did not give any more time to Eve, she got up instantly.

"I almost forgot about you," Captain Ellie said. "I thought you'd be dead and trapped under all the rubble."

Eve dashed forward to attack and said,

"If I were that weak, I'd be dead years ago!"

Captain Ellie dodged Eve and threw a punch at her. Eve was surprisingly very quick for her. She kept trying but Eve dodged all her punches and kicks. Eve spun and kicked Captain Ellie's abdomen and shoved her back.

"You cannot beat me without using your Elemental Powers," Eve warned.

Captain Ellie was frustrated. She wiped the blood trickling down her mouth and said,

"Fine, I'll do it as you please."

Captain Ellie formed the huge sand arms just like when she was fighting Raymond and Katie. Eve did not have much application for her Elemental Powers, she could harden her body to defend and attack.

Captain Ellie moved the huge sand arm to squash Eve, but she went sideways and jumped on the Arm when it reached the ground. She ran fast towards Captain Ellie. The other arm came to grab her, but she slipped below it and reached near Captain Ellie, a punch straight to her face.

Captain Ellie lost balance for a bit. Eve landed safely on the ground and dashed forward to spear Captain Ellie to the ground. Eve sat on top of her and kept punching her face. Captain Ellie could not understand why that weekling was so powerful. She had no Elemental Moves, but she was able to make her bleed.

"Enough!" Captain Ellie yelled.

Sand from the ground came up and grabbed Eve as an arm.

"You weakling, you thought you could win?" Captain Ellie yelled.

Captain Ellie used her sand arm to slam Eve into the ground. Then she picked her up again and threw her into the wall. Eve felt a lot of pain in her body, but she still got up. She knew she was not supposed to win that fight, she just meant to hold her off as long as she could.

Raymond got up from the rubble. He was more worried about Eve. He felt differently about her, he did not want her to get hurt. He looked at her, she gestured that she was okay and asked to check up on Katie.

Raymond and Katie were both injured and exhausted. Raymond could not think of the reason behind their loss. He was going into Half Berserk and Katie was using an Heirloom, it was hard to imagine they could be beaten.

Raymond had already lost his Half Berserk aura and Katie, who was still on her knees and panting heavily, had lost light from her Heirloom. Raymond clenched his fist in frustration.

"You need practice," said Eve from behind, "don't beat yourself up. I'm sorry I can't help here."

"Don't worry, it's not your fault," said Raymond to Eve.

"Anyway," said Eve, while helping Katie to her feet. "I don't have much to suggest here, but we need something that is as powerful as Raymond's Fire Fist, and to compensate for its speed we need Katie's lightning to turn Captain Ellie's sand into glass."
