"Make way for the royal wheelhouse!" the Capitan shouted as Aemond and Davina approached. "Go on, move yourself! Come on!"

"You ready love?" Davina asked fixing Aemond's hair.

"I'm ready mama, I've been ready my whole life.' Aemond agreed. Alicent let out a shaky breath as Davina grabbed her hand holding tight. "You alright mama?"

"Yeah... I'm okay... lets go get you your crown." Davina told him kissing his forehead. "Okay. I will see you in there... my baby, a king."

"Is this a bad time to announce that I have decided to wed Aemond?" Draeya remarked. Davina smiled back at them. "And Haenry."

"What?" Aemond countered.

"I will be like Aegon the conqueror." Draeya remarked. "Take two husbands. I can't decide and I love you both. Mama said I could I love you both... so... you are okay with that right?" Davina chuckled as Alicent leaned into her.

"I'm okay with that." Davina agreed. "But are they?"

"People of King's Landing... today is the saddest of days." Davina announced. ''Our beloved king... my wonderful brother, Viserys the Peaceful... is dead." There was a murmuring of sad woes. ''But it is also the most joyous of days... for as his spirit left us... he whispered his final wish: that his son, Aemond who has been joining council meetings and learning for years, a wonderful man and warrior... should succeed him." Davina declared and there was but a moment of silence before the crowd agreed and an applause broke out for their new king. Davina let out a relieved breath as Harwin looked back to her.

"Guards!" the commander shouted. ''Out of the way! Move!'' They were getting into position for their new king to march down the aisle. They marched down the people parted and the rose their blade high for Aemond to pass under.

"Halt! Turn!'' The horns blared out. ''Present... arms!''

"It is your great good fortune and privilege to be here to witness this: a new day for our city... a new day for our realm. A new king... to lead us." Davina declared proudly as Aemond marched through. As he passed the swords fell after him. Each step closer to something he always wanted. That Davina had promised him he could get if he worked hard enough. Aegon smiled over at Aemond as Vaera leaned into him.

Daeron thought the Targaryen name had never broken more traditions. His father named a woman his heir. Named mama Dav his hand and now a second son was becoming king while the firstborn son was still quite alive. It was strange and wonderful. But mama Dav was always a rule breaker.

''May the Warrior give him courage. May the Smith lend strength to his sword and shield. May the Father defend him in his need." Septon Eustace began. ''May the Crone lift her shining lamp and light his way to wisdom." Criston stepped forward the crown in hand. Davina had knighted Criston the commander of the kings guard. Davina smiled back at Harwin as he held Aelyx to him.

"The crown of the Conqueror, passed down through generations." Criston spoke as Aemond breathed deeply awaiting the crown be placed on his head. ''Let the Seven bear witness: Aemond Targaryen is the true heir to the Iron Throne." Criston announced putting the crown on Aemond's head. He rose up and looked to his family. They bowed and curtsied to him softly. Aemond locked eyes with Davina and she smiled back at him so proud.

''All hail His Grace, Aemond, first of his Name, King of the Andals and the Rhoynar and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms and Protector of the Realm." Davina declared and there was a brief moment of silence before the bells tolled and the people cheered joyously.

"Aemond the King!" they declared, the crowd applauded, cheered as Aemond turned to them.

''Aemond the King!'' he rose up his sword for them, his smile growing. He was finally the king.

''Long live Aemond!'' but the happiness weaned as a dragon came breaking through, the crowd screamed as Meleys roared, footsteps thudding and thundering as their screaming echoed trying to get out but Meleys kept going. They ran for the doors but they were under different orders and closed them, trapping everyone inside.

"Open the doors!" Davina shouted. ''Open the fucking doors!''

"Get your siblings." Davina demanded of Haenry and Draeya as she moved in front of Aemond protecting him. Alicent pulled the youngers ones closer, taking Aelyx as Harwin and Criston sheathed their swords.

"This is what you chose? This is your legacy?" Davina shouted up at her. "Trying to burn my family!"

"You were always a bitch Davina." Rhaenys told her.

"And you are not?" Davina countered. "Look where you are! Look at all the innocent people begging to be free!" Davina demanded. Davina was fire proof but she didn't know the same for her children, her family. She knew Harwin wasnt and she wasnt going to lose him or any of them to fire. "What kind of queen would you have made if you so easily are ready to kill the innocent!" Davina sneered. "You want at me? Get off the dragon, my fury is greater." Davina demanded "Get off the dragon, Rhaenys. Lets do this like real women!" Rhaenys stared down at her before Meleys opened his mouth, a scream so loud his breath so hot it made them falter back but Rhaenys turned around. Davina's glare was murderous before she puffed out a breath and turned to her children.

"Are you alright?" Davina questioned immediately as Haezel ran to her.

"Threatening a dragon." Aemond remarked.

"Let them all burn." Davina declared. "We have a new King." Davina reminded them running a hand over Aemond's head. "They need to learn we do not tolerate their insolence."

Davina wanted to hop on Fury in the very moment and burn Rhaenys to ash but her family needed her here. The realm needed her here. Aelyx leaned into Alicent but kept his gaze on Davina as his lips quivered.
