On the same evening, the boys had already brought everything they could still need from the warehouse to the parade car and put it there in the storage area at the rear of the car.  After talking to Yunho, Hongjoong and Seonghwa hadn't said anything to the others.  They didn't know exactly how to start the conversation with the others and what they would do if the majority voted against waiting for Mingi.  For the night, the group stayed in a room at the university, which Yeosang didn't like at all.  That in itself had been a discussion, deciding whether they would stay in the clubhouse again, where they couldn't see the parade float, or in the university, where they could see clearly through a window if someone strange, or even Mingi, approached the car.  After they managed to get Yeosang, who steadfastly refused to enter the building again, but somehow got inside, they had found a room where they could spend the night.  The choice fell on a reading room that looked the least spooky in the house.  It was a large open room with wide windows that let in plenty of moonlight, which immediately made the room feel a little friendlier.  The rows of seats for the students were very uninteresting for the seven boys, as they were less suitable for sleeping.  Using pillows from the warehouse and a few blankets San and Jongho had found in the varsity infirmary, the group made themselves comfortable on the floor in front of the rows of seats, as far as a wooden floor would be comfortable.  Hongjoong and Seonghwa were snuggled up against each other at the teacher's desk, and next to them, Wooyoung was sitting, snuggling the group elder's arm.  San, Yeosang and Jongho sat across from them and the three of them were wrapped in a blanket while Yunho sat between Wooyoung and Jongho with his pillow in his arms and a blanket around his shoulders.  He didn't feel like looking for her near the others.  When he was cold at night, it was always Mingi who took him in his arms and warmed him and the tall, black-haired man didn't want to change that.  Hongjoong surveyed the group a little glumly and only got sadder when he saw how lonely Yunho looked. He hated seeing Yunho like that.  He cleared his throat once.

»Guys.« The others gave Hongjoong their attention and Yunho already knew what was coming.

»I have to talk to you about something, about Mingi.« he said and immediately felt the atmosphere in the room tighten a little, at least on the opposite side.  Jongho and Yeosang put on a serious demeanor while San was just a little glum next to them.

»What else do we need to talk about?« Yeosang asked and Yunho glared at him.

»There's a lot to talk about!« he said and Yeosang was about to answer, but Hongjoong interrupted him.

»Hey!  We want to settle this in peace.  I don't want us to argue now, you listen to me and then we vote.  Like we always do.« He said seriously and the two fell silent.  Seonghwa swallowed nervously.  Yeosang would definitely object to them waiting for Mingi.  He would want to leave immediately and Seonghwa could partly understand that, but he also understood Yunho's point.  Leaving Mingi here would be like signing his execution.

»So what's this about?« Jongho asked and Hongjoong cleared his throat.

»First of all, I wanted to mention again that Mingi is our friend.« He began and Yeosang gave a mocking laugh.  Yunho glared at him but Hongjoong ignored it.

»Yes, Mingi has hurt many of us and put some of our lives in danger, but Wooyoung as well.« The black-haired man bit the inside of his lower lip nervously and looked down.

»They were in a strange trance.  Nobody knows if that was the case with Mingi again.« Jongho interjected and Hongjoong nodded.

»That's true, we don't know, but from what we actually know Mingi, we can assume that it was like that again. The Mingi we know would never harm any of us.«
