Chapter 25 SPARE DRINK FOR ME?

Wolf waits in the air-conditioning unit observing the roof for someone to arrive. After a few minutes hiding in the box he hears the elevator make a ding noise. O-H and Wolf talk telepathically observing the elevator entrance. A blonde hair girl comes out of the elevator and begins to look around the roof to make sure no one else is around. It was AN as she checks behind the elevator and then begins to check around the air-conditioning units. 

However she begins to look at the one that Wolf was in since it had looked newer than the other ones and she did not recall and installers here today... Time was ticking for O-H to make a false report about the installation as AN begins to check her phone. It was a high level of paranoia but a good attention to detail as Wolf watches her enter her password.

AN gets to the mechanics logs and checks and could see a report of a new install. "Only did it yesterday..... that was quick must of been getting too hot inside.". The two breath a sigh of relief with AN walking over to the bench where Wolf was hiding. She opens her bag taking out some lipstick and puts it on. Wolf was feeling that she was taking it a bit too far but it was about to get a whole lot more awkward as she begins to practice saying hello.

AN 94: What do I tell him when he gets here?.... alright rehearse AN rehearse.

Unlike AK, AN has a harder time of gathering the courage to tell someone something when it counts. She racks her brain for things to say to Ridge when he gets here.

AN 94: Hi Ridge I wanted to tell you something...... No AN that's terrible he won't like that.

AN 94: Hi Ridge I want to tell you how I feel~~~Now I sound like my sister....but it works on Wolf when she does it maybe Ridge is the same?

Wolf: (And I wish it doesn't but it's so nice with her accent ).

O-H: (*laughs*)

Wolf: *checks watch* Well it's almost 10:00PM so lets see what Ridge and AN would do.

AN 94: I really should of asked the girls or AK how to talk to him better.....

Wolf: (I think she'll be fine)

The elevator dings spooking AN causing her to take deep breaths.

AN 94: You got this AN you got this....

The levels go up and Wolf watches AN twitching her fingers cause of nervousness. Wolf could only watch things play out... Ridge knows he'll be here but AN doesn't and he doesn't want to ruin the moment. The elevator door opens revealing Ridge who is wearing some nice clothes that makes AN blush.

Wolf: (Good start).

POV Ridge

Ridge puts his back to the elevator railing looking into the mirror on it. He straightens up his tie and takes a few deep breaths. He was hopping that the nice clothes will impress her but he wasn't sure. Being a Hunter he didn't really learn how to do these things that required a more delicate touch. As the elevator opens he feels the warm breeze blow on the roof top as the hum from the air conditioning units hum around them however Ridge could not see Wolf.

He began to think Wolf had abandoned him on this mission however a voice pops into his head "(Telepathic again Ridge I'm hiding in one of the air conditioners the one on the right that has the number 22 on it.)". To which he looks to the unit that had the fan spinning. With that Wolf wishes him luck as he heads off to AN who jumps up from the bench with her hands behind her back. Ridge was nervous but he knew that there was only one way through this.
