Chapter 112 HUMANITIES NIGHTFALL

The alarms ring out as the others watch as two people exit a room in a armour set that was just as advanced as what SOLAR had after perfecting it with the help of SOLAR's manifesting and    O-H's testing capabilities. The others watch as the two exit out with a modern looking knight outfit that looked high tech and strong as the menacing force could be felt in the forest of where Wolf was killed. A bitter hatred began to fill the inside of Wolfs heart but he stills it as he prepares for a fight that he may not return from.

AK looks at her hero with a small look of fear in her eyes but it was soon wiped away by the confident look in Wolfs eyes as they exchange one last kiss before the fight. The intercom goes off with Perri warning the others that there are enemies coming from the sea to which the Azur Lane girls use their binoculars and they couldn't believe their eyes. It was the elite sirens but not just that but familiar faces that they had fought before.

Like an act of a necromancer the enemies charge towards the base with a new found anger. It was Kurfurst and the others ready to take back what was theirs... The humiliation and the embarrassment they had suffered by the hands of Wolf and the rest was not going to go unpunished. With their swords at the ready they charge the base as the Azur Lane girls charge out along with the other riggings ready to take them on. 

Ella and Anders stay back to back with Leliana, Evans and Abigail who they believed were meant to be helping against Dar but Wolf defied the order telling them that the base must not fall and he would do all he can against Dar. The selfishness and sacrifice Wolf was presenting was something that they should of seen coming. Even AK wasn't going to get in Wolfs way since she knew that all she could do was provide support if needed. 

However knowing that the prophecy had told her and the rest that it would be Wolf and Dar going head to head and not the rest, AK decides to not defy destiny as Wolf ordered her to go help the rest with Dar's "Zombie army". Wolf wanted to make sure that those enemies stayed dead after all they had done in the war and he was placing all his hope on them to handle it just like they have placed all their bets on Wolf to take down Dar.

The other Griffin girls run past him as they watch the piercing glowing eyes run past him to go and support the ones at sea leaving Wolf alone with his thoughts one last time. His heart racing with all the feelings of doubt, confidence and anger at Dar. It was time to confront him for everything he has done. With the heavy steps and the rugged breathing Wolf makes it to the edge of the cliff that leads to the ocean to see the individual he was waiting for all this time.

His bandage wrapped around his right eye along with the hands as he gave sickening grin to Wolf. It was like a welcome back look but in the sarcastic tone. The two's eyes shift at each other with looks of hate and murder, Dar throws his cane to the side since he didn't need to fake the injury any longer. He was more than capable of walking on both legs to which Wolf already knew about it... for all the lies Dar has said and done how could a few more hurt.

Dar: Oh Wolf a pleasure it must be to see you again... I know you have many things you want answered and sa-

Without a chance Wolf darts towards him slamming his blade in the position he was in but to his surprise as the smoke cleared there was no sight of Dar at all. However the ominous presence of a person behind him made him send his sword behind him but just like before there was no one in sight but the bushes and cool eerie air around them. The sounds of a deep laughter grow around Wolf as he decides to run towards the cliff just in time for an explosion to set off behind him.

It was close but the sudden appearance of Dar standing on a broken piece of rock that was plummeting straight to the ocean already told Wolf that he had a trick up his sleeve that he didn't want to find out. With his main guns they vigorously aim at Dar and fire all their cannons striking the rock he was on but with a swift leap Dar avoids it all. He laughs at the rushed attacks Wolf was throwing since he could tell straight away that Wolf wasn't sure what he was fighting.
