Chapter 99 THE SOLAR WAR VI

They walk out to the front of the shore to see the others celebrating the win down on the south side of the map. They had finally took the fight against SOLAR, all they needed to do now was find the CEO and the others who dared to stand in their way. They watch was directing the wounded out to the medical tents and soldiers stationed around the remnants of the base. It had suffered moderate damage but was still capable of operating as a base.

For Sterling he looks at it and eyes it in pity that it had been used for things like this. He could remember the time when SOLAR was designed to help those in need, not to be used for world domination. That era was gone, whoever was in the top seat now had either gone mad or see the money pay-out they could give out. He stops looking at the base as someone tugs on his shirt as he sees some kids covered in dust and dirt. 

They looked hungry as he opens his backpack giving the two some muesli bars and directing them to somewhere safe. Wolf looked at him doing it and knew that he cared a lot for others... someone who was just like Williams... a person of honour and chivalry. Wolf could always look up to others who were like that, ones who knew between right and wrong and weren't blinded by it all unlike people he knew back then.

Other soldiers run past Wolf but give him a short salute to assist in the inside as some Sector V troops were comparing equipment they had to SOLAR's equipment. However upon seeing the captain both sides gave Wolf the salute as he saluted back to them walking to the dock as SOLAR dolls ran past without shooting them at least. There was a lot of rebuilding to do at the main base... however they weren't going to build up again yet as the enemy might have a hidden weapon still.

Sure they were safer since the SOLAR dolls could patrol the city areas and guard the base from impending attacks but unlike back in the day, the radar systems didn't really exist anymore besides some of the boats that still had them. But on the bright side Civilians could explore some of the city area without fear of the Ferri or rogue agents who might be lurking in the areas. For Wolf he takes the flag of the combined forces and climbed up the side of the SOLAR base.

They watch and cheer as Wolf places the flag on the top of the flag mast along with the SOLAR flag. The soldiers roar as the ship horns blare out as well, they were getting closer and closer to making SOLAR responsible and restoring order in the streets killing two birds with one stone. Sterling could see the civilians and the kids playing out at the front like they had returned to civilian life once again. 

A dream he and a lot of the others held so dear were placed in the man standing on top of the base. He was going to lead them into victory, he was going to make them pay, he was going to win and they were going to help him. With a roar and cheer the others cheer on as Wolf slides down the ladder and lifting up his rifle rallying the troops.

Wolf: Soldiers! Stand by me!, Fight by me! and I'll promise you that this war with SOLAR will be over soon enough! Remember your honour, remember the fallen for we are the ones who will never forget them as they pass their flame to us, so who is with me!?

A loud roar erupted the soldiers as Wolf raises his sword as it glows in a golden flame as Evans, Abigail, Ella, Anders, Leliana and the other ships raised their swords showing their glowing colours. It was like a thing out of a fantasy story as the hero's unite to take down the enemy, They watch as Wolf marches towards the location of the SOLAR base up north as the others follow in behind. The ships sail the sea up north to provide any assistance they can.

The Aircraft carriers were ready to give them hell if they needed it as Leliana and Anders lead the charge on the water. The sound of tanks rolling beside the infantry reminded Wolf back in the day when they actually had armour support and cover. As the tank lights illuminate the street in front of them other soldiers pushed forward to do recon for the army. It was a large force pushing towards the enemy base and they were going to crumple them.
