Chapter 64 RESCUE AGAIN?

Wolfs team was dynamic, with people swapping left right and centre but now it was almost like he got the original team back together again. Davis and Enterprise doing their usual of sailing together but talking in a more serious tone. After that conversation between Belfast and Davis Enterprise felt that she could express herself abet more about her fears and worries. Davis was happy to listen as he stared at her with his blue eyes looking at her purple ones both shinning in the daytime like gemstones.

Cleveland and Helena were asking a lot of questions to Schlieffen who was entertained by the company telling them about tales and some backstory of her and the rest which sparked interest from BP who was surprised that Wolf kept her on the team. Since straight after that battle Wolf removed Zuikaku and KGV and Swiftsure off the team with Shoukaku opting to leave to make sure her sister gets better and doesn't decide to go on another strike at Wolf.

She wished they didn't let their fears get ahead of them but the power that Wolf had was just too much fear for them to handle without keeping distance. She found a new respect and care for Wolf but just like the others the relationship was stained just like the rest with AK's being the cleanest between the two but it can still get rocky at times. However the three at the front were talking to one another like they were good friends with AK, Baltimore and Wolf talking to each other casually.

Baltimore: So yeah Bremerton ended up blurting out the statement in public which made everyone laugh.

Wolf: *Laughs* What happened then?

Baltimore: She tried looking away pretending she wasn't the one who said it but everyone knew.

AK 12: I would of thought she would of tried playing it off.

Baltimore: That's what I told her but she was too embarrassed. Also Wolf do you remember that time when you and me went skiing and you ended up crashing into a tree?

Wolf: *looks away* Please don't remind me of that.

The two girls giggle at the embarrassed Wolf as he pretends to act in a calm manner but the laughing and embarrassment was too much to dissuade. They sounded like good friends again but weren't partners. Baltimore was fine with that after what she did and was trying to make things right but when she looks at Wolf and AK she could feel a bit of Jealously welling inside but she tries to shut it out again and smile. 

But AK asked Baltimore something personal as it tries to break out again. She wanted to know if she still loved him but she blushes and flails her around that she doesn't but Wolf didn't really care if she did or not cause he knew that she would still have some interest to which they were correct. However he just laughs at the two girls as he decides to do a bit of eye spy.

Wolf: Ah not what I was thinking but you are clo-

Cleveland: No look!

They turn to the east to see a small Siren Fleet approach them which puts them on standby as the front intercept them, Another comes from the west so the middle intercept them. The battle ensues as Wolf fires his main guns for a sniper shot and manages to land multiple hits on them taking them out. Baltimore fires her main guns in a rapid rush managing to take them out in one fell swoop leaving the remaining enemies to AK who teleports in front of them sending a barrage of shells and sword swings as they explode one by one.

She teleports back to the two as she smiles at them as they do the same. Schlieffen's group takes the Sirens out swiftly thanks to the barrage of secondaries that comes from Schlieffen's ship. With the supporting fire from Cleveland and Helena they manage to take them out rather quick leaving nothing left for the back line as Enterprise watches Schlieffen's fluid movements across the water.
