A/N: Enjoy.

One....

Two...

Three...

Could be heard in the gym area early in the morning as a guy lifts himself above the pull bar for the forth time. The area was quiet with just him and his thoughts with the sound of gym music playing over the speaker. He continues to pull himself above the bar for another 10 times till he couldn't no more. He lets go of the bar with a soft thud on the floor as he lands. It was the first time Wolf had trained all those years ago.

The cardio from fighting and running had kept him fit through all those years but he wanted to fine tune it. He would of came earlier to the gym if AK didn't keep him in a vice hold while in bed. He only managed to escape her grips when Wolf decided to tickle her forcing her arms off him like a giant weight had been lifted. He finishes his last reps as he heads on to bench to do some bench curls.

The others hadn't arrived yet due to it being 5 am in the morning as everyone was fast asleep until daybreak. It allowed him to think over the thoughts that had been sweeping through his mind ever since that incident with Ross. It was something he couldn't put together on how he was able to talk to him even though he wasn't around anymore.

Wolf: Hey O-H did you see the stuff I saw when I talked to Ross?

O-H: No....

Wolf: At Liz's place when I was asleep?

O-H: Don't think so partner....all I saw was the fireplace crackling and what Liz and Evans were talking about in the kitchen, so you say you seen Ross?

Wolf: *lifts dumbbell* Yes....

O-H: I see... Well I can't really explain it how that happened.

Wolf: I see.

Wolf thought to himself that maybe he can talk to the dead but he wasn't a necromancer or had the tech to do that, but he knew that he seen Ross, He was sure of it. he lifts get exhausting forcing him to put them down lightly onto the floor. the pain coming from his body kept his mind off the unanswered questions that couldn't get a correct answer to them.

The sound of the Gym door opens as Abigail enters the place with a gym bag with her hair tied back. The red hair sways around as she makes her way to the treadmill throwing a wave at Wolf. She was surprised Wolf was in the gym at this time hoping she would of had the space to herself. But with Wolf here it made it feel a bit more awkward, she presses the buttons on the treadmill as she begins to run on it.

Wolf goes back to his training to finish off what he started, with each lift he could feel the urge to let go and stop but he didn't want to stop until he reaches the last reps, but no matter how strong his willpower was he could lift no more. With a exhale he releases the dumbbells on the floor panting in exhaustion. The sudden drop puts Abigail on alert as she looks at Wolf resting on the bench.

Abigail: Wolf are you alright?

Wolf: yeah... just tired.

Abigail: Working out?

Wolf: AK kept me awake for most of the night so I feel exhausted.

Abigail: Take a rest, I don't want you passing out now.

Wolf: Yeah I guess I will.

She could feel the tension between the two had been shattered, She decides to talk to Wolf first asking him about his trip to Liz's place. Wolf still wanted to tell people about what he saw but he knew that it would reopen old wounds for others and he didn't want to do that in a time like this. So instead of telling her that he just told her that nothing really happened and he fell asleep in the study which made her laugh a bit. She lowers the speed to a brisk walk so she could talk easier to Wolf.
