Chapter 78 OPERATION FLOWER FALL II

With a click of a few fingers, an explosion rocks the Sakura's base as Kaga and Akagi watch in shock as a massive Warship comes out of the dock. A urge of dreed covers them all as it moves out of the mountain bellow. They were too late as Orochi begins to make it's final move before it's ultimate power was shown, But as it does the Aircraft Carrier team wasted no time deploying planes in counter. They soar into the air with a direct course for Orochi but it was cut short as The AA guns of Orochi begin to roar knocking the planes instantly out of the sky.

The sudden offense turned defence as they watch countless Siren drone bombers begin to launch of Orochi's deck towards the Formation, there was so many of them seeking cover was basically impossible. 

Both République and Davis do all they can to protect the others by summoning countless planes and a shield to block the incoming bombs. Each bomb shakes the shields with a thunderous roar while those unlucky enough to get caught in the blast get their riggings utterly destroyed.

For Wolfs team they were too far out to receive any support from République or Davis leaving them to fight for their own lives. AK does what she can teleporting into the air to slice up the drones as Schlieffen diverts all attention to the air with her secondaries doing all they can to clean the air space. 

However upon doing so left the wounded Wolf unguarded as M16 decides to take a strike at Wolf with her sword. Wolf was too slow to react but another companion looks out and chucks his great sword in her direction slicing a part of her hair in shock as a punch follows straight into her face.

Evans: Hey Coward! Face me!

M16: Tch Evans I knew you'd do that!

Wolf: Evans back away.

Abigail: Wolf we need to get you back you've exhausted yourself too much....

Wolf: No It's fine I'm just reheating....Let me cook

Take 2

Wolf: No It's Fine .... I'm almost ready for round two.

Abigail: I don't remember you being this stubborn but if you say so...then lend Evans a hand. I'll provide covering fire.

M16: Know your place Evans!

She slams a full broadside into Evans boat as it takes considerable damage, not without Evans sending a salvo back doing some good damage in return. The two back away with swords at the ready, Abigail joins the fray along with Wolf to the disapproval of Evans but he wasn't going to go against Captains word. 

The drones continue to come from Orochi with Wolfs missiles and AA covering for their weaker AA suites. The two rookies charge M16 firing a few volleys themselves knocking the aim of M16 who overshoots her shot into the water 2 kilometres out. Abigail lifts her sword with her turrets roaring to life with each cannon making a thunderous blast towards M16 who takes the full hit. 

Even though M16 had a strong ship she was still new to using a rigging while Evans and Abigail had proper training on at least using them properly. However just before M16 thought she could take on the two a crimson red light came from her side as she turns to be meet with Wolfs sword in full swing. His face had nothing but confidence and determination to take her down, the look of a true warrior.

As the sword swings down, a tentacle pushes the sword out of position sending Wolf into a spiral as he tries to regain control of his attack. Observer laughs at the opportunity but the laughter turned into screaming as AK Manages to slice off a barrel and caused her tentacles to bleed. She roars in pain, firing a laser beam off in response to the pain that follows. AK goes in for a second strike and then a third forcing Observer to consider the idea of retreat.
