You loved being a part of your boyfriend's club. At first, not many people joined, leaving it to just be you two. But over time people began to show interest and join the club. Now, the field of archery has grown more than just the small patch of grass it used to be.

Today was a bit more on the hectic side, however. Many students were being reckless with their arrows and shooting them off not even close to the target. There was nothing for Xavier to do about it sadly so you both just had to go along.

You've yet to hit bull's eye so that was today's mission. Xavier had started out showing you the stance again to help better angle your bow. "Just stand like this but don't overdo it."

"Think I've got it now, thank you." You weren't trying to be mean but you've had this explained over eight times already

"Alright, sorry." He chuckles backing up to give you space.

Letting go your arrow flew right to the bull's eye. But before you could celebrate his name is being yelled out through the air with caution. " XAVIER look out!" It took a second to register the warning before you're both turning around.

As you both turn an arrow is flying toward him and in a moment of shock he stands still prepared. But before it could hit him, you push him to the ground as hard as you could. The arrow hits your shoulder causing you to hiss and rip it out of your arm. But you drop down where he's laying.

"Are you okay?"

"Am I okay?!" He's in shock still at your question. After all, you're the one that just got hit.

"You saved my life." "Not a big d-" "No. You saved it." It sounded stupid to anyone who may have heard. It was just an arrow, right? But no it was aimed right at a place that could do serious damage to him.

"I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to." A young girl is running over looking panicked. "It's okay. I'm alright. Please just be careful." You assure for the both of you. He sighs not liking how you're always so nice.

"No, not all right. I need to get her help but you've could've seriously injured me. From now on you'll be under supervision." He's mad and you know there's nothing you can do about it but you try anyway.

"I am really okay, Xavier. She says it's an accident."

"One that could've seriously hurt you too. These aren't Styrofoam darts. They're real. Now, let's go we need to clean this."
