A/N: listen to Westlife- Please stay, while reading this.
Just as Grayson and I entered the house, my phone rang. I walked into the living room and had my conversation there.
"Dad?"
"Hey buddy, listen, your mom just had a serious heart attack and is in the hospital, the doctors said that they will do everything they can, but there's no guarantee that she'll make it. So whatever you're doing at your friend's house can you please stop and come visit your mom, see wants to see you."
"Of course. Which hospital?"
"Atlanta Medical Care."
"All right. I'll be there as soon as possible."
I headed for the door and was about to leave when Mrs. Riggs asks Daniel, "where are you going?"
"Atlanta...Medical...Care..." I cried.
"Do you want a lift? That's a pretty far walk." Mrs. Riggs offers
"S-sure." I respond.
Mrs. Riggs and I left the house and headed towards the hospital. Mrs. Riggs didn't bother asking why I wanted to go there, I guess she just thought it was best.
On the road...
"Thank you so much for driving me. It means a lot to me." I exclaimed. "You see the reason I'm going to this hospital is because my mom had a serious heart attack and she wants to see me."
"I hope she gets better. I'll be waiting for you in the lobby."
"Thanks."
Atlanta Medical Care...
Mrs. Riggs pulled up at the front doors and dropped me off. She then went to go park the car. I entered the building and was immediately greeted by my father. He took me up to floor three, room 202. I immediately noticed my mom, I approached her and hugged her.
"Hi mom."
"Hey son." Janet replies, in a weak tone.
"How are you feeling?" I wonder.
"Not so good. That heart attack really did a number on me. But I'm glad to see you. I saw you on the news and I'm proud of what you did."
"Thanks and I'm happy to see you as well."
"James and I bought you a gift and we decided that it would be best if you lived at your friends." Janet exclaims.
"Really?" I question.
"Yes. We think that it would be best for you." Janet proclaims.
James knelt down and reached under the bed and pulled out the present, he and my mom got for me. Of course it was wrapped, my dad handed it to me and I immediately opened it. It was unbelievable, I was shocked when I feasted my eyes upon it. It was the brand new Xbox one and it came with "Assassin's Creed Unity."
"Mom, dad, thank you so much."
"You're welcome honey." Janet implies.
My mom's heart rate was getting slower and slower.
"Mom?"
I took my mom's hand and placed it in mine, covering it with my other.
"Please don't die, not here, not like this."
"I'm always going to with you, I'll be in your heart, especially in your memories. I love you Daniel, I love you with all my heart and soul. You're the best thing that has ever happened to me. I love you my sweet angel, I love you."
"I love you too."
Right after that my mom flat lined and was also the time I left the room and cried. I walked to the elevators and conveniently one of them was opened. I entered and took it down to the lobby.
A few seconds later the elevator had reached the lobby, the doors opened, I stepped out and approached Mrs. Riggs.
"C-can w-we leave p-please?"
"Yeah."
