I looked at the envelope that Grayson had gave me, I wasn't sure what was inside but whatever it is it must be something important, something that he wants me to see.
"I'm not going to look at it now." I told myself.
For the rest of the day all I did was just spend time thinking about whether or whether not I made the right decision. Plus the fact that I raised my voice at Grayson.
"Forcing him to go like that was kind of harsh on my part. The kid was only trying to help me and I said no. I should've just said yes." I told myself. "I'm such a fucking idiot."
The sun soon set, I climbed up the tree I fell from and fell asleep.

The Riggs residence...
Grayson was up in his room, he was just thinking about Daniel and he was questioning whether if he was still alive or not. He was questioning a lot of things about him.
That night Grayson didn't sleep and neither did Chandler or Hana. They were all too worried about their friend/brother.

3 days later...
I had finally decided to open the envelope that Grayson handed me and inside were two pictures one had me with my mom and dad in it and the other had Grayson in it and man did we look happy together.
I turned it around and notice that there was some writing on the back. The writing read, "to Daniel, a one of a kind person. You should know that no matter what we will always be brothers and that if you ever need anyone to talk to we're here for you. You'll never be alone. We're family now and we need to protect each other from any sort of harm. We love you Daniel and we're glad that you're part of the family."
"Thanks buddy...I needed that. I needed...this."
I started to head home, but it started pouring. I didn't mind the rain but I ran anyway. I just hated the fact that I was in a sorta opened field and have some trees surrounding me, I just hope it's just rain and there will be no lighting.
Before I knew there came a thunderclap, followed by a flash of lightning. Now, I didn't want to be in this area any longer than I needed to be and so I started to bolt it.
Several minutes past and I still was running but then out of nowhere I had been struck by lightning and man did it hurt. Since I was wet it made it even worse.
Somehow I was still conscious and nearly fell, but I was surprised that I was still standing. I made the most of it and had to jog all the way back to the house.

1 hour later...
I had arrived back at the house, I walked up to the door and opened it. As soon as that happened a thunderclap sounded again. I stepped inside and slowly shut the door. I took off my soaked runners and headed upstairs.
I walked until I reached Grayson's room. The door was shut and so I knocked.
"Come in."
I opened the door and stepped inside.
"Hello Grayson."
