Entering an arena, dozens of anthropomorphic monkeys chant his name in support. Suddenly, a big ape with a red tie shows up at the other end of the arena. Mario sneers at his enemy. The two foes charge at each other. Tails, Knuckles, Tom Wachowski, and Sonic the Hedgehog cheer on in high spirit. But something was different about Sonic... he was wearing a brown bandanna around his neck, bandages on his hands to his forearms, tons of bandages on his left arm and leg, and bandages on his shoes all the way up to his lower legs, and had some baggy eyes... but that didn't stop him from cheering on his new plumber friend.
As Mario jumps up, makes a fist, ready to punch Donkey Kong (like in Super Smash Bros Style), the ape catches the plumber in mid air and slams him to the ground, throwing several sucker punches as Mario exclaims in pain. Toad and Peach wince in concern, seeing their mustachioed friend get his ass kicked. Sonic lifts up his friend.
"Seriously Mario? You had like one job to do here." Sonic said.
Out of nowhere, DK punches the plumber and the hedgehog into the wall and the the audience goes "oh!".
"Oh, Jesus... okay..." Tails said.

ON APRIL 5th...

"Alright..." Mario says.
He and Sonic get up and look at a question block. Trying to ignore the pain in his left arm and leg, Sonic punches the block with Mario. As the heroes descend, Mario was in a yellow cat suit and Sonic was in an light blue cat outfit.
"HAHA! I feel just like Puss In Boots! Fear me, if you dare!!" Sonic says, trying to imitate the cat from Shrek.
Tails and Knuckles watch from behind.
"Wow, that is cute." Tails said, feeling a little jealous.
"Adorable." Knuckles remarks.
Sonic's brothers are both jealous that he gets a power up
"Meow." Mario said.
"Rawr." Sonic adds.
But Donkey Kong laughs at the outfits the heroes chose.
"HAAA! THEY GOT THE CAT BOX! OH MY GOD... I'm sorry.."
"Is he done?" Sonic asks.
Mario looks unamused, looks at Sonic, shrugs, then turns back to DK.
"I'm sorry, okay. Now you both die." DK said, menacingly.
Sonic blocks DK's punch, only to get slammed into the wall again. This only makes Tom furious as the Luma that followed Sonic floats behind him.
"STOP PUNCHING MY SON!!!!!" Tom screamed.

Sonic looks like he's had a heat stroke as Mario pulls up his furry friend.
"It was just supposed to be vacationing...." Sonic groans.
He faceplants onto the ground. Mario looks at Tails and Knuckles who both looked worried for their brother.
"Yep. He's lost it." Mario said.

(Jesus, when this tv spot showed up in my recommended, I screamed out of bed. Seeing Cat Mario in the movie brought back so many good memories of when I played Super Mario 3D World back then. And with this just makes me want to play the game all over again. I can already tell you that this movie definitely looks promising. Until next time, do the Mario!)
