Week 5

"So what are you going to do?" Bose questioned.

"I'm going to do it."

The prince wiped Mika's tears while smiling at her with adoration.

"And I will be right by your side the whole time."

The duo breaks their hug, Mika calms herself down, and Angela joins them. The mother links her arms with her emotion-filled daughter showing that she supports her decision.

"Thank You, Mother."

"You don't need to thank me. I'm your mother; supporting you is what I do."

Mika smiles at her outstanding mother and then grabs the hand of her dearest boyfriend.

"And thank you for staying with me."

"Always."

The trio walks down the hall of the wrongdoer's cells with their heads held high. The holding cells were quiet, like when you woke up in the middle of the woods on a camping trip. Passing by all the past enemies they have encountered showed them that they are making process with their overall plan. Which was to lock up or eliminate everyone who got in their way, no matter who they were.

They reached their destination as they came upon the last cell. Somehow the room got colder and darker, if that was even probable in these underground cells.

"There he is." The mother mumbled under her breath.

Mika turned her head at her mother's words seeing the same boy from a decade ago but aged. Before, he was your typical 13-year-old with acne, a slim body, and axe body spray you could smell for miles. But now the man had a beard, disheveled hair, and scars all over his face and arms. He was drawing on the concrete walls with white chalk, which explains why his hands were dusty.

"Mr.Jones." Bose called out.

Ken jerks his head to the bars seeing the royal family but not recognizing who they are. The prisoner completely ignores them and continues to draw in silence.

"Ken Jones."

Ken looks at the young girl who called his name, staring deep into her eyes. How did she know him, and why were they here?

"Do you remember me?"

"Or me?"

The man looked at these kids with raised eyebrows and crossed arms. Mika was tired of this guessing game, so she decided to get straight to the point.

"I'm the reason you are locked up in here."

Ken's eyes widened as reality hit him like a semi-truck. He stared at the young girl seeing the even younger girl yelling, kicking, and begging him to leave her alone. Her screams and cries are so imprinted in his brain that he could never forget them. Then he looks over at the long-haired male he befriended and beat up. Ken could never forget the little boy's blood that his hands were doused in. Those two kids were imprinted in his brain, and due to his ungodly actions, he will never forget them.

"It's you."

The trio was shocked as the man broke his silence. Those were the first words Ken had spoken in an entire decade. His voice was deep and gravelly as he talked in a whisper.

"What are you doing here?"

"We're here to get some answers."

Ken rolled his eyes while groaning in his deep voice.
