Suprise attack

The Na'vi greatly hesitated but, in the end they took him in and tied the wolfs mouth then leashed him inside home base in the hallelujah mountains. Right in the centre of base he was tied, no one was aloud to go near him. The only reason Jake took him was because he was a wolf, there was none on earth when Jake was there, so how the hell was it here? They wanted to test and study it but any time the scientists went close the wolf would use his body to slam and push them away.

The Na'vi girl kept a close eye on him, so did the little one, the boys were more concerned then curious of the animal. Nick looked at the children staring at him from afar, he stayed sitting still patiently, wagging his tail. It was important he reminded as calm and happy as possible, the scientists trying to prod him was a good excuse for him to be aggressive but with anyone else, he knew he had to be friendly and submissive. This came easy with the children. They meant no harm and they were very cute. The little Na'vi girl couldn't contain her curiosity any longer, getting up and walking to the wolf she began petting him, he wagged his tail and tilted his head at her. The older Na'vi girl joined the little one, sitting next to the wolf they both sat close and petted his fur while he sat in content. "Tuk, Kiri, get away! That things dangerous" The Na'vi boy with a bow from earlier.

So that is there names, he thought.
"Aw but he's friendly look" little Tuk cupped the wolfs snout in her hands and rubbed his face around. "I mean it Tuk, get away from it"
Kiri rolled her eyes at the boy. "Go bother someone else big brother". The boy scoffed and gently grabbed little Tuk's arm, trying to pull her away. At the sight Nick stood up and tried his best to do a growling bark at the Na'vi boy, signalling to get away from the girl. Quickly letting go he stepped back, lowering his ears he hissed at the wolf, growls in return. "Neteyam! Leave it alone, all of you". The man with the dreads looked over at the children then at the wolf. "Yes father" said neteyam. Father? If he was those kids siblings, and that was the father... Toruk makto stood before Nick, in there home base which the RDA desperately wanted to know. Jake walked over to the wolf, kneeling down he looked it in the eyes, the wolf stared back. "How did you get here huh?" Putting out his hand he pet the wolf. Nick complied even though he wanted to rip the man's head off and deliver it to Quaritch himself. Jake took the rope off his mouth and sat in front of the animal.

There was Na'vi chirping in the distance, an ikran rose up into base camp with a rider on its back carrying a bow, he was screaming something in Na'vi that Nick couldn't understand, but given peoples reactions around him there was something terribly wrong. There was Na'vi running to there ikrans and taking off in the mountains with there weapons, Jake had grabbed and loaded his gun then ride onto his own ikran. Nick figured there was a enemy of some kind and it could only be the RDA, within the RDA there was Nick's pack. Standing up, the wolf ran forward and tugged at the rope around his neck attached to a pole in the ground, the material was good but not designed for intense force, it quickly broke off. "Hey!" Shouted Neteyam, he ran over to the wolf attempting to grab the rope, Nick darted around him, running towards an ikran sitting on the edge of the base mountain, he jumped and shoulder barged the ikran forward falling off the edge, landing on its spayed out body and wings he opened his mouth and bit the ikrans neck trying to aim its head to go down.

The ikran dived down the floating Mountains with its wings out, now nearing close to the ground Nick let go of its Neck and looked around for where the other ikrans and there riders were headed, looking towards the forest he could see in the distance there was a train track going through the forest, a train was moving along it and the Na'vi were heading to destroy it. Given there reactions the trains arrival was unexpected. The ikran wouldn't keep the wolf on his back any longer, before it could buck Nick off he jumped off its back and dived down into the trees, the low gravity on Pandora meant he would survive the fall with minor injuries at most. Hitting the thick splayed out leafs on the trees he jumped down into another and another until landing on the ground, he knew where to go.

Running on his four legs to the direction of the train Nick could see RDA scorpions fly past also heading to the train, was this a thought out attack? It didn't matter, He just needed to find his recoms. The train getting louder and louder as he ran further he could hear the ikrans roaring and Na'vi yelling. There was gun fire being shot. Running into the clearing with the train tracks, looking up there was toruk makto flying in the air shooting the scorpions, No sign of the recoms in them. A loud explosion bombed in the sky, someone was carrying chemicals on one of the scorpions causing it to explode when fire hit. Jakes ikran dodged the blast and in doing so Jake fell off his ikran falling into the forest in the distance. The recoms weren't here to take advantage of this opportunity, but the wolf could. Running to where Jake fell down, Nick sniffed around for the smell, catching on he ran as fast as he could through the forest. In the corner of Nick's eye he saw a white floating flower looking thing, it glowed in his side vision, turning his head at it while running he became distracted for a near second, suddenly bumping into a Na'vi.

Falling back at the impact Nick shook his head and looked up, Jake sully.
Jake quickly stood himself up at looked at the wolf, his face puzzled and concerned. Nick got up and ran into the bushes. Shifting his bones and moving his skin Nick shifted back to his lycan form, it took a couple minutes but Jake would be close by still. Sniffing in the air his heartbeat thudded again, the adrenaline pulsed through his veins. The RDA have been after Jake for years and have been unsuccessful every time, Nick wanted to change that. The wolf saw Jake in the distance looking over his shoulder then about to head into the clearing. Nick ran up and barged him forward, falling down he looked up at the creature towering over him, face snarled and ears down looking like it was ready to maul him. Quickly reaching for his knife, Nick grabbed Jake by the throat and flung him farther forward, but he still clung onto the knife. Hitting the ground jake grunted, turning over he got up and held out his knife. Nick open and closed his hands straining them, he was pushing out his claws from his finger tips, causing them to grow drastically but blood began to drip.

Jake cocked his head, "A lycan?" He asked in a stern voice, back at bridgehead he heard the RDA was keeping a lycan in cryo but he had never seen it, he figured it was just a rumour the scientists liked to use to fuck with the marines. Nick devilishly smirked. "What can I say? The RDA has a lot of shit stuffed up there sleeves" Holding his arms out as he spoke. His smirk disappeared at he looked at the knife. "Bit unfair don't you think? Mighty Toruk Makto". Jake lowered his ears at the wolf. "You've got some unfair advantages yourself" "ah. I suppose your right". Jake spread his legs out getting his balance and stance to use the large knife. Nick let out a bark as he lunged at Jake, he swung the knife at the wolf barely grazing his shoulder when he lowered to dodge, swinging back up Nick punched jakes arm holding knife, his grip on the weapon was too firm for it to drop so suddenly. Jake used his other arm to deliver a quick punch to the wolfs nose. They were both more similar in height unlike the recoms that were taller, Jake fought like a Na'vi and marine combined so Nick was very unfamiliar with his fighting technique. The hard punch caused Nick's nose to bleed, he turned back and opened his jaw at the next punch Jake swung at him, catching his hand in Nicks mouth, Using his hand the wolf caught the hand with the knife and twisted his head trying to make Jake lose his balance, letting go Nick quickly grabbed his shoulders and used his weight to throw Jake to the ground.

Jake was struggling to keep up with the animals constant stamina and his persistent speed, but the wolf was playing with him. Falling to the ground Nick took some steps back and chuckled to himself, the Adrenaline was causing his speed and stamina to greatly increase, along with his cocky attitude. "This is the great Toruk Makto that killed bridgeheads War leader?, tell me your joking kitty" Nick held a malicious grin while bearing his teeth. Behind him a Na'vi cried out. "Dad!" Neteyam was riding his ikran and flew down drawing his bow towards the wolf and shot his arrow. The same pulse and drumming thud sank in Nick's chest, he quickly turned around and grabbed the arrow aiming for his chest, snapping it then dropping it to the ground, Jake had got up and run up behind the wolf before he could realise. Getting his arms around the wolf's Neck, Jake kicked his legs causing him to fall down, at the same time Jake squeezed his arms around him to knock the wolf out. Trying to grab his arms around Jake, he couldn't see behind him, and he never bothered the proper marine training, besides no recom had ever managed to get behind him before. Slowly he struggled and fell down into sleep.

Jake breathed a sigh of relief while neteyam landed his ikran and walked to the wolf, grabbing his knife out of his sheath. "It must die dad! It's alien!"

Jakes ikran landed behind him. "Tie him to your ikran and take him back home boy, make sure he's tied up". "But sir". "I'm not askin again".
