A bright light hit Nick's face, opening his eyes he saw the morning rise of the sun, his body was burning and his heart pacing, 'that was just a dream.. thank fuck' he thought. Looking down Nick noticed he had a.. bulging problem, his erotic dream had him painfully on edge, luckily Quaritch was nowhere to be seen. Shifting back to lycan form, he looked around for the Colonel, perhaps it would be better on ground he figured. Sliding down the tree with his claws dug into the bark he hit the ground and started sniffing, The scent was strong he was here recently. Footsteps slugged in the mud nearby, Nick turned his head to the direction of the noise, ears down and lips snarled, he hunched down a bit incase he needed to dodge or run, waiting for his instincts to kick in. Quaritch appeared from the foliage pushing away the leaves and sticks from his face. Instantly Nick calmed his body and stood up, his tail began wagging frantically at the sight. Quaritch halted looking at the wolf, caution on his face. "What?" Nick asked, tilting his head with a frown. Biting his lip, "come here" Quaritch ordered, reaching to his tactical belt for a pair of cuffs. "Your seriously gunna cuff me out here?" Nick said, putting his hands up gesturing at the forest. "I don't trust you, I'll be taking you back to bridgehead". Nick took a step back smirking, "oh cmon, what's with the stick up your ass about capturing people, do you leave time to even blink?". Taking out the cuffs Quaritch walked towards the wolf, "don't piss me off mutt".

''Mutt' a fowl word Nick hated, he had every right to of course but anytime someone did he'd always give them a piece of his mind, this time though. Nick's tail continued frantically wagging and his ears perked up, if it wasn't for the dark fur you'd see him blush, remembering Quaritch called him that in his dream... that erotic dream that still had him pulsing and his heart pacing. As Quaritch stepped closer he stopped, coughing he held onto his nose stepping back, "fuck sake.." he muttered. "What now?" Asked Nick. "That fucking smell again, did you go near the flowers?" He growled looking away, still covering his nose. "What smell? From me?".
"It only comes from you! Could barely sleep" The colonel hissed. Nick thought about it, last night he smelt those purple and blue flowers, then he felt strange and sort of dazed, the dream.. this morning, he figured it out quickly but it wasn't that surprising, only shocking part was how Quaritch reacted to it. "From me right?" Said Nick walking towards the colonel, tail wagging and his heart pumping, the closer he got the more his body pulsed, they were so close together in his dream. Quaritch couldn't see the wolf walking towards him with his head turned away trying to block out the smell, it only got stronger and he began to break a sweat just from it.

Getting so close he almost touched him, Nick looked at the Colonels face in confusion, "you shouldn't be reacting like this" he said. "Why was is it" hissed Quaritch through his nose. Nick held onto the Colonels arm gently touching him, at his touch Quaritch shuffled his hand off and stepped back further, Nick smirked at him chuckling. When Quaritch shuffled Nick off him he let go of his nose, and the smell sunk in, swishing his tail Quaritch bared his fangs slightly and hissed at the wolf, upon doing that he instantly covered his mouth turning away.

"Did you just hiss at me kitty?" Teased Nick. Looking down he saw just how frantic the Colonels tail was swishing, it wasn't flicking and his ears were up, Nick was no Na'vi or avatar expert but he knew what the body language meant, and he was bold. Walking up to the Colonel, he walked around and faced him holding out his wrists. "You can cuff me Kitty" he teased once more. Quaritch turned himself away covering his nose and mouth. "What's the smell dammit.. I know you know" he growled.

"You know what pheromones are?"
"No."
"Mm it's a chemical substance some mammals release from there bodies affecting others, like a dominant alpha or a dog in heat.."
"So what's that gotta do with me mutt"
Swallowing down Nick replied, "I think smelling that flower made my mood go fazed so to speak, your bodies reacting to it wether you wanna or not".
