You rested your head on Minji's shoulder as you sipped on the drink in your hand as the lights flashed and the music blared at the party.

This isn't really your scene but Minji asked you to tag along tonight and, of course, for her, you said yes.

"Are you having fun?" She whispered in your ear as the conversation with the people across from you two shifted away from her, giving her the chance to check up on you.

"Not really."

"Me neither." She sighed as she took a drink from her glass.

Suddenly, across the room, over the loud music and chatter, she heard her name being called by Hanni.

"Minji!"

Minji looked over to where Hanni stood and frowned as her friend waved for her to come over.

"Hanni wants me for something. Will you be okay by yourself for a few minutes?"

"Yeah, I'll be okay." You assured as she unwrapped her arm from around you.

She gave you a quick kiss on your forehead before heading over to Hanni and the rest of the members.

Since you were alone and you felt a little uncomfortable, you stayed quiet and to yourself while sipping on your drink and watching others around you.

Suddenly though, there was a tap on your shoulder, and you nearly jumped out of your skin over it.

"Sorry!"

It was Sullyoon.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to startle you."

"Oh, it's alright." You said.

"Can I sit there next to you?"

Thinking nothing of it, you nodded and allowed Sullyoon to sit down beside you.

"Thank you, beautiful."

You brushed her calling you beautiful off as nothing more than a sweet compliment from a soon-to-be close friend and stared at Minji from across the room with bright eyes.

"What's your name?"

"Y/N."

"Nice to meet you! I'm Sullyoon." She said as she bumped her glass against yours.

"Nice to meet you, Sullyoon." You politely spoke and watched a grin pull at her lips after.

"So what are you doing here at this party?"

"Nothing, really. It's kinda boring."

"It is boring, isn't it?" Sullyoon sighed. "I have an idea! We could go and get something to eat at a spot nearby if you want to."

"Oh, I would but-"

"Please tell me that you're not taken. Because the minute I saw you, I practically fell head over heels. You look amazing."

Her kind words brought a smile to your face.

It was kind of her to say and you felt appreciative of that.

"Oh, thank you."

"I mean it, Y/N. You look beautiful. I don't know how you don't have a girlfriend or a boyfriend because... just, wow."

You giggled and watched her do the same.

Meanwhile, across the room, Hanni noticed what was going on.

She noticed Sullyoon twirling her hair around her fingers, biting her lip, and looking you up and down as she flirted with you.

"Oh boy." She said before tapping Minji on the shoulder. "Hey, Minji. Why is Sullyoon flirting with your girlfriend?"

"What!?" Minji loudly spoke as she looked over at you and Sullyoon. "I don't know but I'm going to put a stop to it."

She quickly stormed over to you and Sullyoon and when she stood right in front of her, she cleared her throat to capture your attention, as well as Sullyoon's.

"Minji, hi!" Sullyoon grinned. "I had no idea that you were here tonight. It's so good to see you!"

She stood up and hugged Minji as Minji stared at you with a frown.

"Hey, question for you." She said before leaning in to whisper into Minji's ear. "Is your friend single? Can you give me her number?"

"What? Friend?" Minji asked with her brows furrowed. "Y/N is my girlfriend!"

"Please tell me that you're joking," Sullyoon said and as Minji shook her head, her cheeks turned red with embarrassment. "Oh, god, I'm so sorry for flirting with your girlfriend. I had no idea!"

Minji sat down beside you and pulled you into her arms before resting her chin on your shoulder with a pout.

"I'm truly so sorry. I should go, I'll see you both later!"

She hurried away as she grew too embarrassed to linger around any longer.

"Minji," You sighed as you pulled away from her. "You embarrassed her."

"She should be embarrassed for flirting with my girl." She said defensively.

"It meant nothing."

"To you. But she was into it. Hanni told me."

"Okay, well, I didn't notice."

Minji sighed as she pulled you back into her arms.

"You need to apologize to her so there are no hard feelings. Sullyoon is cool, I'd like to be friends with her."

"Fine." She grumbled. "Later. for now, though, I'm staying right here with you because I don't want anyone else getting it mixed up - you're mine and only mine."

You chuckled before tilting your head back against her shoulder and puckering your lips for a kiss, which she happily gave you.

"All yours, baby. You never have to worry. No one compares to you."

She smiled against your lips a little and squeezed you a little tighter.

"Love you, my girl."

"Love you more, Minji." You said before kissing her once more.
