No?

"Yes, she knows it was me who... who took you" he said, avoiding my gaze for a moment
"So Zeus has called a meeting, to discuss what happens next" he said

"And what will happen next?" I asked
Will I have to go home?
Or stay here?
Will I see my mother?

"Well she wants you to go back home, the surge of dying crops and ruined harvests is too much to ignore anymore, personally, I want you to stay here, with me" he said, gaging my reaction.

"And... Zeus decides that?" I asked
He nodded
"If left to him it does yes" he said
"Meaning?" I asked
"Meaning, there are other ways to secure an outcome" he said.

"You could eat something, down here, that would ensure your stay, at least for a little while, if that is what you want" he said
"I... I do not know" I said honestly.

"You do not have to, it is my problem, my actions that put us here, I am sorry for that" he said
"Would you... would you like to speak to your mother? Before you make your decision" he suggested

"You would let me see her?" I asked
"If it would help your decision then yes" he said
Before he made a bold move
His hands sought me out

"Yes, it would" I said immediately
I missed her
And yet selfishly... a part of me did not.

"Then I will arrange it" He said
"Thank you Hades" I smiled
"Thank you for listening to me" I said
"I would listen to you for eternity" he replied.

"You sweet talk too much Hades" I teased, lying down
"If it works then what is the problem?" He said
"I suppose" I said quieter, as we nestled into the night
"So it does work?" He asked, and I could feel the smirk that graced his lips even through the dark

"Maybe" I said simply.

"Good morning" I greeted, finding Hades and Hecate in the grand hall
I had woken up alone, the warmth of his touch absent and shamefully left me longing.

"Morning" Hecate sighed tiredly
"Time for me to retire then" she said, passing me
"Have a good day Lady Persephone" she commented with a smile, earning a frustrated look from me
I was not a Lady here. Nor a queen.
