It didn't take long for Tony to run the tests, and the DNA to come back with a name, Ryan Matthews. Tony pulled up a file on him, searching the database and all social media for anymore information.

'Ryan Andrew Matthews, born 04/14/88 to Charles and Grace Matthews. Last known sighting was approximately 3 days ago, leaving a bar in Chicago. Mr Matthews worked for the Chicago PD as a homicide detective..'..

'You got anything that links him to Adams?'... Tony asks, walking around the display, looking over all the information.

'Nothing at the moment sir, but there is still more information to go through..'..

'Tony, from my examination, it doesn't look like it was cut from the body..'.. Bruce walks in with a tablet in his hands, heading over to him. He hands the tablet over, showing his findings... 'I checked, there's bruising around it, like a handprint. It's as though it was ripped out..'

Tony pulled a face, handing the tablet back... 'Any prints you could lift from it?'

'No, the tissue is too delicate, but from what I found, it's only a few hours old..'.. Bruce sighs, taking his glasses off... 'Tony, I know agent Adams is a good person, and yeah she's helping us, but whatever is going on, it could put the team in danger. We don't actually know a whole lot about her..'

Tony pinched the bridge of his nose, taking a deep breath... 'I know Bruce, that's why I want Fury here. She won't tell us herself, but maybe he can..'

Jarvis, don't let anyone in the lab right now, lock it down..'.. Tony waits until the lab locks, and then pulls up the footage he found earlier, and showed Bruce... 'Something is not adding up. Barnes, the soldier shot her and he went for her. Considering the beating she just took and the injury, there's no way she could've fought against him. Hell, not even Rogers could before. So how did she get away? Did she get captured by Hydra? I don't know, but I have to find out..'

'What do you want to do?'... Bruce turns to him, seeing Tony thinking.

'Her lab never shows on the system. She got into Jarvis, or has some sort of program in place. I'm going down there, to look, if there's anything she's hiding, it'll be in there..'... Tony tells him... 'I just need you to keep busy here, doing whatever you can. Talk alone of science and medical nonsense at the team, distract them..'

Tony I-I can't do that. You know I'm a terrible liar..'.. Bruce fidgets nervously.

'I know, but we need to keep them away from her lab. Jarvis said she's not in the building, she left. I just need you to keep the others busy, especially the her lover boys...'... Tony sighed, calling out for jarvis to close the files, and unlock the lab. He had requested for the team to come down, and he took the stairwell, down the two floors to her lab.

Lexi ran through the city, trying to find any trace of him. There was nothing that gave it away, whoever delivered to box, Connor made sure they did it, whether they wanted to or not. Looking around, she stopped to catch her breath, needing to find a safe place. She thought about her safe house, on the other side of the city, but knowing that he could be watching from the shadows, she turned, running back to the tower. She needed to call her friend back, she needed him and the others to come now.
