Lexi was going over her list, checking off what Tony had delivered for her. Being as rich as him, when he snapped his fingers, people jumped to attention. She wasn't surprised to see that everything she had asked for, was now in her lab, ready to be unpacked. Not even 8 hours after she had given him the list, and it was all sitting there.

'Anything else you need now Adams?'... Stark asks her, as she finishes her list.

'Unless you feel even more generous and help me unpack, set this shit up, then no..'.. She puts the tablet down on her desk, looking over at him, as he stood by the door.

'I suppose I got nothing else to do. Where's Barnes anyway? Thought you two would still be going at it..'.. Tony moves to one of the stations, and starts opening a box, pulling out beakers and vials.

'Probably having Rogers berate him about me, again. Cap seriously needs to take that stick out..'.. She sighed, unwrapping her new centrifuge, and placing it in position on the long workbench across the back wall.

'How badly did you kick his ass earlier?'... He asks, dropping the empty box, over by the door, and picking up another.

'I saw Romanoff filmed it, so you already know. I think he's on edge, waiting for me to beat the shit out of him..'... She says, unwrapping another machine, a spectrophotometer. She placed that next to the centrifuge.

Tony chuckled. He liked this agent, whatever she would say was always the truth. Sure she had secrets, and knew a hell of a lot of shit, but she was never one for lies and gossip.

'I like this new you. You're more laid back. Barnes is good for you..'.. He felt something hit his head, and looked down as it hit the floor, a ball of wrap paper was on by his foot. He looked back up at her, shaking his head... 'I'm glad it's not a knife, or worse..'

Lexi smirked at him... 'I've never been one for feelings Stark, not for a very long time. I guess there's something about him..'.. She shrugged... 'For the first time in however long, I feel safe..'

Little did either of them know, that Steve was right outside the door, listening. He sighed, and quietly walked back to the stairs. He thought over his previous conversations with Bucky, the past 2 days.

He had warned his friend that she was completely crazy, and didn't do feelings. That she was just using him for sex and intel on Hydra. He cared about his friend, and didn't want him to have his head messed around with, anymore that it already had been. He knew she would up and leave as soon as her mission was over, she always did.

Taking the stairs down to the training room, instead of the elevator gave him time to clear his head.

Bucky sat in their room, as he went over his memories. For the past hour, he had written down many names. Names of those that were his victims. He could hear Lexi in his head, reminding him, that it wasn't his fault, but the guilt was beginning to overwhelm him. There were two names that stood out the most, and he looked down at the paper, feeling tears build within him.

He knew that he would be hated, probably killed for what he had done. Taking a deep breath, he decided to come clean, he couldn't take it anymore. If Stark wanted to kill him, Bucky wouldn't fight him on it. After everything he had done, death was a merciful punishment for it all.

Wiping his face with his flesh hand, he took a deep breath... 'Uh, Jarvis, right?'... He calls out, looking around the room.

'Yes Sargent Barnes, how may I help you?'..
