I entered the house and shouted out, "Mom, I'm back!"
"Okay honey, go to sleep now. I wouldn't want you to be tired tomorrow!" she called back.
"Okay, goodnight mom!" I said.
"Goodnight, Mel!"
I went to bed, changed into an oversized sweatshirt and pj shorts, and fell into a deep sleep.

I woke up to the sound of my alarm. I quickly turned it off, took off my clothes and stepped into the shower. I washed my hair with my coconut shampoo and conditioner. When I was done, I got dressed in a beautiful top that said 'Sassy and Sweet' and some blue skinny jeans.
Then, I styled my hair and did some light makeup. I put on some lip gloss and mascara. After that, I went downstairs to find my mom making breakfast.
"Good morning, mom!" I said, smiling.
"Good morning, Melody!"
I sat down to eat my breakfast while my mom packed my lunch. When I was finished eating, I quickly brushed my teeth, grabbed my packed lunch and my book bag, and ran to my bus stop to catch the bus.
