Alduin glared at her. She was still alive. His father expected him to help the woman who defeated him? The one who broke his heart once, ages ago?
"Yol toor shul!" He shouted, sending flames towards her and the crowd.
"Fus ro dah!" She shouted, dispersing the flames.
He then flew towards her, picking her up with his hind claws. Alduin then flew off. He should have done this a long time ago.
She was screaming.
"Let me go!" She spoke in what sounded like a mangled version of the common tongue.
"Poor choice of words." Alduin spoke in Dovahzul and let her go. She started to scream even louder. Half of him wanted her to let her splatter like an egg. The other half wanted to torment her more. He dove to grab her.
"You thought you could defeat me? The firstborn of Aktatosh?" He snapped. "You are nothing, dovahkiin!"
"I can't understand you!" She responded.
"Such arrogance, taking on the name of dovah for yourself yet you do not know our language." He spoke in common tongue.
"I never gave myself that name, that was all you." She had a brashness neither Aemma or the dragonborn had. Aemma would have remained silent and the Dragonborn of Cyrodiil would have fought him.
He dropped her again. She screamed. Divines, if he never had to hear that sound again, he would be thrilled. Alduin managed to reach her again but this time she felt cold and was unconscious.
"No!" He shouted, growling. She was not supposed to die yet. Especially not this easily.
"Alduin!" A voice screamed out. It wasn't her but he recognized the voice. It had been many years but he couldn't forget that voice. "What have you done?"
"You traitor...." Alduin turned to see Paarthurnax. "How dare you try to come between me and the dovahkiin!"
"Let the girl go. She is not the Dragonborn!" Paarthurnax spoke.
Alduin looked at the woman between his talons. She was older, so time had passed. He didn't know how long as he didn't recognize most of the buildings. She had softer features, no war paint and her hair was lighter and slightly redder. The woman almost resembled Aemma.
"But she knew Shouts!" Alduin was confused. Regardless of who he was, she defied him.
"Alduin, leave the girl alone!" Paarthurnax yelled.
Alduin growled and dropped her. She was screaming again but this time she was caught by Paarthurnax.
"Joor zah frul!" She hollered. He landed roughly on the ground, feeling the most horrific pain he had felt on the ground. That cursed Shout....Paarthurnax was lying. She was Dragonborn. There was no way she wasn't.
Paarthurnax landed with the woman on his back. That traitor, his teeth to his neck. Suddenly, he felt pain between his shoulders. He felt like he was shrinking and his scales shifted with him. No.

When I snapped out of it, I realized that I was on the back of a dragon and there was black smoke in front of us. The smoke slowly receded and there was a naked man on all fours on the ground. He was groaning in pain and had apparently scratched his forehead/left eye.
"No...." His voice was slightly raspy yet sultry.
"What did you do to me?"
"I don't know." I responded. He got up and lunged towards me. I punched him right in his jawbone. There was blood on my knuckles. Great. He touched his bruising cheek. The man had long black hair, red eyes, two big horns on top of his head followed by a few smaller ones on the sides of his head, like a crown. He had a black line on his lower lip that touched his chin. His cheekbones and jawline were blackish gray with spiks protruding from them.
He had some body hair and muscles. He was a head taller than me and mind you I'm five feet eleven inches. His hands were black with dark nails and there were scales on his back.
"You!" He roared. He pinned me to the ground, hand on my throat. "How dare you!"
"Fus roh dah!" I shouted. That much I remembered. He hit the tree in front of me.
"Enough! Alduin, stop trying to fight her." He snapped at the man. Then it clicked. He was that dragon, now in a human body.
"Alduin?" I noticed he wasn't moving. He took a shuddered breath. I noticed the spikes and horns had receded, as well as the scales. There was blood coming from the back of his head. He's definitely got a skull fracture.
"Oh shit." I ran up to him. As a nurse, my first instinct was to check his pulse. He was still alive. I didn't want to move him. Alduin was out cold. I don't think he could die but still.
