1. A New Beginning

Seoul, a city that for sure changes lives and this pair of twins believed so when they shifted in together in a new apartment away from their family for the first time in their lives after passing the phase of their school.

Enrolling in a university of Seoul had been a huge thing for their parents, both kids impeccably turning a reason for their hard working parents to be proud of them. They are there to give them everything they ever need because the reason for their hard work has always been the smiles on the faces of the two.

The pair of twins, consisting of Dowoo, the elder, that to be an hour only, is his father's pride, the brave and strong boy he always wanted his son to be while the younger, Taehyung turned out to be his mother's best friend in no less time. Guess she finally found the daughter in Taehyung that she always wanted.

The two were equally loved and equally spoiled, equally raised in a same home by same parents but the result was shockingly so contrasting despite the same upbringing and these contrasting personalities brought out a lot of conflicts between the two which was nothing but the same old quarrel between siblings who at the end of the day are inseparables.

And like that, the two are still together, in a different city, living with each other and ready to attend the first day of their new University.

They own an apartment just a walking distance away from their University. The two had just shifted and it has been hell of a hectic experience but luckily everything was settled.

They had to share the kitchen and the living area with a lobby, luckily the two could afford an apartment with separate rooms because they had always been sharing one and would always end up fighting for small things. Guess they were grown up enough to be a little apart.

It was a new morning for them, the alarms far shut from buzzing and the two were already busy starting their day.

The younger was already humming a melody as he got out of his bathroom, excited to pull on his favorite outfit while the elder was working on his espresso in the kitchen.

The elder knew he could take all his time to get ready because his brother would take a lot. Though Taehyung woke up early, Dowoo was already by the counter of the kitchen for his meal while the younger was still in his room, maybe doing some touch up.

The elder knew this way the younger would have to skip his breakfast which he couldn't let his brother do on his first day. After finishing his meal he let scrambled eggs be pressed in two bread slices with some ketchup and cheese slices on, bringing it to his brother with his favorite glass of juice.

"Are you ready or the university has to wait a little more?" The elder asked unamused, standing at the door frame of his brother's room who was as expected, standing in front of his mirror, putting some shiny gloss on his lips.

"I need to look good today. You know, just in case I make new friends." Taehyung said, eyes still focused on his reflection in the mirror.

He felt just as ecstatic as he felt on the day when he bought the outfit he wore, the straight fit black pants perfectly fitting on his hips with a floral silk shirt tucked within, jewelry adorning his neck, ear and fingers, the permed brown hair styled to perfection and on top of it his lovely face blooming with a bit of blush and lip gloss. The petite twin.

While the elder didn't know how he made up his mind to shave his face in the morning and somehow brushed his dark hair which was still looking like a mess. Black hoodie over his ripped jeans and sneakers. It was still a big deal for someone who roams around home naked. The unfazed twin.

"You think I might find a boyfriend too." The younger asked his brother, fluttering his eyelashes at the elder who walked closer, and put the breakfast on the bed so the younger could finally pay some attention to it.
