After that unfortunate incident Dowoo was brought to the infirmary to be taken care of.
The room got crowded by the physiotherapist, the nurse and their assistants to even have space for someone else to enter but a worried blonde haired guy couldn't care less.
"You can't come in, there are so many people already inside." One of those assistants said to them as he couldn't let Taehyung enter the room.
"But- but he's my brother. I want to be right next to him."
The assistant felt his worries and had to rethink his choices.
Besides that blonde stood another blonde, soft tender gaze looking up at him hopefully, wanting him to let him in as well.
"Okay, only one of you can enter and please don't disturb anyone from whatever they are doing." The assistant finally said and Taehyung looked at Jimin with hopeful eyes who gave him a nod.
The way was cleared for Taehyung who then entered but worried Jimin was left to stand there at the door, hoping things would get better.
As soon Taehyung entered the room all he met was a groaning mess as the therapists tried to examine his knees by touching the severity of the internal wound and he laid on the bed, squinting his eyes with that pain.
Taehyung quickly made space on the bed near his head as he looked down at his brother, reaching out to hold his hand beside his head to show a gesture that he's there.
"We need to brace this up. The tear can exceed to third degree and it'll be very difficult. Knee needs to be immobilized." The therapist informed his assistant who nodded and brought out crepe bandage and analgesic spray along a knee brace.
They carefully immobilized his knee and ensured minimal movements so that he doesn't hurt his knee further.
"Sir don't you think he requires examinations to ensure there's not a patellar fracture?"
"Oh don't worry, it's fine."
As the therapists talked, Taehyung looked up at them worriedly, also looking down at his brother who had put his free forearm over his eyes as he laid back.
"He'll be alright, right sir?" Taehyung asked the therapist who looked at him and gave a short smile.
"Yeah, but unfortunately he won't be able to walk for a while without a crutch. He may also need to let his knee rest for 2-3 weeks until the ligaments repair and till then make sure he rebandages it twice a day with the spray and I'll prescribe some painkillers too." As the therapist informed Taehyung nodded understandingly.
He looked down at his brother and couldn't help but run his free hand through his hair, worried about him. He was so eager to play the rest of the game and win just as proudly but unfortunately he won't be able to play the rest of the matches.
Dowoo let his forearm away from his eyes and looked up, trying to sit up and his brother helped him.
"You should rest."
"I need water."
The nurse heard so and decided to hand him a water bottle and soon the therapist too handed him the painkillers that he took along with it.
The other side Jimin was standing with his back against the wall, waiting for someone to walk out so that he could walk in and see from his eyes.
All he wished for him was to be alright.
Suddenly his mind was clouded by numerous thoughts that he couldn't help but lose himself to his mind.
"How many times do I have to tell you not to jump from this height?" Dowoo scolded Jimin after he injured his leg, getting an ankle sprain right away as he jumped from the stairs in a game.
