"Wow. This place is almost like a jail." Y/n pointed out as he and the other three stepped into their shared room.
"Yeah. This is different from the room we had before." Bachira nodded.
"I suppose they downgraded the rooms since we won't be staying here for too long. It's only for the time being until we find a team to have a match against." Aryu said, twirling his hair as he looked around.
"It's definitely not stylish."
"At least we finally have beds. We didn't have that in the first selection." Y/n pointed out, gesturing to the four beds.
"Hey, N/n. Wanna go exploring?" Bachira grinned as he stared at the boy, eager.
"Sure! We can't have a match until 24 hours have gone by and even then, we have to get a team to agree to it. I don't wanna lie around here in boredom." Y/n said.
"Let's go then!" Bachira beamed, grabbing Y/n's hand to drag him out of the room.
From the corner of Y/n's eye, he could see Rin walking down a hall, having not said a word to any of them and visibly uncaring about making friends with them.
"Hmm..." Y/n blinked.

2nd Stage
2 vs 2 Rivalry Battle
Matching RoomIsagi and Nagi entered the room, the latter letting out an exhale as they both sat on a few stray chairs, the atmosphere slightly tense and silent.
"So the two remaining that lose the 3 vs 3 are brought to this room. Seems like we're the first ones here." Nagi said.
"Yeah..." Isagi simply muttered, his head lowered. "...What should we do?"
Noting the boy's unusual behavior, Nagi glanced at him silently.
"There seems to be a break room. Wanna go?" Nagi asked.
At that, Isagi grit his teeth, his hands forming tight fists.
"...This isn't the time to take a break. It's the end if we lose the next one." He muttered bitterly.
"Then we'll win. Our opponent just happened to be too strong." Nagi said in a slightly reassuring manner.
"That's not the issue. I'm not like you. I couldn't do anything against the top 3." Isagi grit his teeth, bringing his palm to his forehead.
"What are you talking about? You scored a goal, didn't you?" Nagi blinked.
"I only managed that because all of us three were working together." Isagi grunted.
"Isn't that just how football works?" Nagi raised a brow.
"Look! What I'm trying to say is that when our team plays we're sealed, I was the only one who couldn't do anything! I couldn't create a chemical reaction like you and Bachira did. That's all there is to it." Isagi sighed.
"If we lose the next one, you'll be the one who gets stolen, Nagi. I won't be chosen. Even if I were the enemy, I wouldn't want a player like this." Isagi muttered, his hand to his face.
Suddenly, his eyes snapped wide, a harsh tug to his hair making him look up at Nagi who stared at him with a somewhat intense expression, his eyes visibly dark.
"Stop fucking with me. What am I supposed to do if you're like that?" Nagi said in a cold tone.
"Ouch...! Huh?" Isagi grit his teeth, looking at Nagi confused.
"I teamed up with you because I thought it'd help me get better at football. You're not helping me by being a sore loser. Get it together." Nagi spoke in a demanding voice, slightly tightening his grip on Isagi's hair.
