"Man, you didn't hang out with us on your first break day?! What a traitor!" Baji exclaimed as he smacked the back of Y/n's head.
"I was busy that whole day." Y/n replied, rubbing his nape.
"Yeah, with your new friends. You'd rather hang out with them than us." Chifuyu said.
"..."
"Wait, it's true?!" Takemichi gasped.
"No! You guys are my friends just like them! Plus, I've known you guys way longer!" Y/n waved his hands.
"Wow. The Sano Y/n being nervous?" Draken teased.
"No! You guys are just trying to start something!" Y/n huffed as he crossed his arms and turned away.
"Well, can't say I missed your tantrums, but it's nice to have you back, even if it's just for a while." Mitsuya said.
"Yeah. It's been different with you gone-"
Before Hakkai could continue, Baji slapped his hand over his mouth.
"Don't say that! You're gonna gas him up!" Baji harshly whispered.
"Hah! Of course you all missed me! I mean, you don't just meet people as wonderful as me. I'm one-of-a-kind!" Y/n grinned as he brought his hand to his chest.
"Of course! We can never replace you!" Smiley added on.
"What are you doing?!" Baji gaped at him.
"Nothing~" Smiley mischievously chuckled.
"I feel like everything's less tense with Y/n here." Angry spoke up.
The others looked away from the blabbering Y/n to him in confusion.
"I mean, things were kinda awkward and not as chaotic when Y/n was gone. Now that he's back, you guys are smiling more and it's real." Angry continued.
"What are you even saying?" Pah raised a brow.
"Idiot Pah-chin. He's saying we mist Y/n." Peh said.
"Mist? Do you mean 'missed'?" Takemichi sweat dropped.
"Hey, guys. How about we go to the amusement park?" Haruchiyo suggested.
Of course, the others agreed and they all decided to race there. The winner was obviously Y/n, Smiley following after, and then Chifuyu. The rest mostly arrived at the same time.
The group was an hour and a half into their hangout but Y/n couldn't help feeling as if he was forgetting something.
"Hm? What is it? I know what it is but I can't remember." Y/n muttered as they sat on some benches eating.
"Like I promised back at the end of the 2nd selection, let's go out, Hyo-chan!" Y/n grinned.
"What?!" The others gaped.
"What he means is that he promised to go with me to the amusement park to make up for leaving without saying goodbye at the beginning of the 2nd selection." Chigiri clarified.
"Crap!" Y/n immediately stood.
"Hm? What is it?" Draken questioned.
"I gotta make up for something to Hyo-chan but I forgot! Maybe I can still fix this." Y/n replied as he rabidly tapped on his phone.
"Who is that?" Haruchiyo questioned.
"Probably someone from Blue Lock." Mitsuya said.
"Alright..." Y/n exhaled in relief.
