Chapter Twenty-Eight. {guardian angel}

****WARNING. THIS IS A SHORT CHAPTER.****

Throughout the night, I had been tossing and turning to keep away all the stuff from getting to me but, it didn't work. I was getting worked up and slightly scared. I kept hallucinating.. I have this really weird thing in my mind that at night I end up doing that. It's when I'm not in my comfort zone. When I don't feel safe.

At the moment, there was blood dripping corpse hanging from every walls, and a dead girl walking around. Next to her was my worst phobia, a clown on a tractor with its creepy face peeling off.

I let out a small scream in my sleep. Tears streamed down my cheeks. Come on day, hurry up and come!

I don't know how long I've been on the floor for but, I keep hearing sniffling and little screams from my bed. Someone seemed really frightened. I looked up at my alarm clock. 3:45 am, argh... I.. need.. bed..

"Arghh, please. Please don't, please!" someone's scared voice pleaded.

I shot up to my feet, looking around in the darkness. There on my bed was.. Skyla? Oh yeah.. my room mate. Hey, what's wrong with her?

"Please..Please!!!" huh?! I'm confused..

"I can't- Please- Don't!" tears were streaming down her cheeks, that's when it broke me. I crawled into the bed and held her in my arms suddenly feeling protective.

"Sush, Sush. It's okay baby, calm down. I'm here, sush." I rubbed her back and her arms wrapped around my waist as she sobbed into my chest. Her heartbeat began to slow down abit, good.

She stopped talking now and I dried her tears with my thumbs. I pulled the blanket over us and we snuggled up in bed, peacefully.

It stopped. The hallucinating stopped. My guardian angel had come down, holding me tight. But what is it? Who could this beautiful creature be? Who made me feel so protected and safe? I don't know. But, I know now I feel warm and cozy, snuggled next to someone like we were perfectly entwined.

I'm too tired to find out who..
