Soft breaths left Moon as he slept beside Rick who was wide awake. Rick kept his eyes closed, his thoughts on overdrive. Something felt wrong. He couldn't pinpoint why or what exactly, but he just felt it.

The man didn't know how to go about it, seeing as he had no idea what it even was. It's been a week since the attack on the outpost. Things have been slow, people were quiet. No one spoke about it, just pretended it didn't happen.

They weren't starving, that was enough for people to forget without the guilt. Rick sighed to himself, moving around as best he could with Moon holding him. Moon's arm wrapped around his waist, keeping him in place.

His face was turned away from Rick, stuffed under a pillow. Rick didn't know how he could breathe properly, so he moved the pillow. Moon twitched when the light shined on his face. He turned his head to face Rick, away from the window.

Rick gazed at him, feeling his gut twist. That feeling that something bad would happen returned. He swallowed thickly, his pointer finger tracing over Moon's features. He prayed he was wrong, that he was just feeling guilty.

"Morning Richard." Moon mumbled, Rick paused, his body tensing. Moon peeked his eyes open, chuckling sleepily. "Who?" He frowned deeply, his body trying to move away but Moon held him close.

"Richard Daniel Grimes Rhee." Moon grinned, scooting closer to Rick, his arm tightening around his waist. The man huffed, relaxing again into the mattress. He hasn't been called that in so long that he forgot it was his actual name. "You're so mean to me."

The short man laughed, sitting up. His hair stood up in different directions. Moon kept chuckling as he rubbed his sleepy eyes. "Richard, I love it." He muttered to himself with a sleepy smile. It really wasn't a bad name, it just didn't suit Rick. Like Moorti didn't suit him.

"Wonder why our parents couldn't have named us good names that fit us. Instead, we have to use nicknames every day. I bet almost everyone here thinks Rick and Moon are our real names." He glanced back at Rick, shaking his head.

Rick shrugged, he didn't think anyone besides Moon knew his real name. "At least the kids don't need nicknames." The taller man moved an arm behind his head, admiring Moon's morning appearance.

Moon stood beside Daryl as he cleaned his bike, talking about whatever came to mind. "You know I was thinking. What if people from thousands of years ago had the same faces as us? You know what I mean? So some random person might have looked exactly as you do now. Weird right?"

Daryl grunted, not responding, just listening. "Also I was thinking. What if someone across the world or even a few miles away, looks exactly like you? You have a twin but never knew it. Or someone not related to you, but still looks the same."

Moon had many theories of a lot of things. His mind never stopped thinking. And after many, many years of that. The things he's thought, made sense to him.

"Could be. Dead people walk so that don't seem too impossible." Daryl understood what Moon was trying to say. It didn't make much sense to him but he didn't mind hearing it.

"I've got a theory about the real reason dinosaurs went extinct. You wanna hear it?" Moon smiled at his friend, Daryl nodded without looking up. The short man went to say something but Denies awkwardly got their attention by clearing her throat.

"Can I run something by you guys? It'll only take a minute." She held a map up. Moon nodded. "Go for it." Seeing his smile, Denies grinned, opening the map in her hand.

"After I got out of D.C. I just drove. I remember seeing it right when I realized I had no idea where I was going. Edison's Apothecary and Boutique." She pointed to a spot on the map, circled in red.
