Hey guys!!

I'm so sorry it's been so long, but I'm in the middle of my exams right now! So I haven't found the time to write between revising and I've just been stressed and exhausted lately! I've had 1 so far and it was okay, so I've got another 2 to do. But I finish Tuesday 2nd June, so after that I'm as free as a bird :D

It's currently 01.10am and I made the mistake of finishing this chapter off while listening to some calm classical music! It just made me so sleepy haha :P

I haven't proof read it yet because it's late and I just wanted to get it out :)

Please don't forget to Vote, Comment, Become a Fan, Like my Facebook Page & Follow me on Twitter :) Especially FB & Twitter if you want to know how the next chapter is coming along over the next week :D

I hope you enjoy it!!!

CHAPTER TWELVE

"Are you okay on your own for a bit?" I asked Dani as I placed my jacket over the back of the chair, while the nurse prepped Dani for her Radiotherapy.

"Yeah I'm fine, go do whatever you need to," she looked up at me and nodded with a smile.

"I'll not be that long," I smiled at her briefly, before turning around and making my way out of the room. I walked down the hall towards the elevator, hoping to catch Dr Harper at his office or on his way down here.

As much as I like to sit with Dani during her radiotherapy, but I'd rather get this done and out of the way. After talking to Maddie on Friday and thinking about it some more, I just want to make sure that he doesn't think he's made it awkward between us. I do like talking to him, so I don't want him to think he's made it awkward and act strangely if he comes to see Dani. So I just want to go up and make sure that he knows that I meant it on Friday, when I told him that he hadn't made it awkward.

The elevator doors slowly open ad I walked out into the corridor, feeling slightly nervous about going to talk to him. I turned the corner and walked down the corridor, stopping outside of Dr Harper's office. I let out a breath to get rid of the nervous feeling, before raising my hand and knocking on the door. "Come in," he shouted loud enough for me to here and I opened the door.

"Hey," I smiled at him and I stepped into his office, hesitating slightly at the door. "Have you got a minute?" Even though I wanted to get this over with as soon as possible, I didn't want to take him away from his work I he was busy.

"Yeah, come on in and take a seat," he smiled and nodded, while gesturing towards a chair opposite his desk. "Is everything okay?"

"Yeah everything is fine," I closed the door behind me and made my way over to his desk, sitting down opposite him.

"I was just finishing off to come down and see you guys," he wrote something on the file in front of him and then closed it over.

"I wanted to talk to you before you came down," I ran my hand through my hair, as he tidied up his desk.

"What did you want to talk about?" He looked up at me and smiled, as he sat back in his chair, when he had tidied his files up.

"I know this is probably the last thing you want to talk about, but I just want to make sure that you don't think it's awkward between us after Friday. I know I told you I didn't feel awkward, I just want to make sure you know that," I really don't think he would want to talk about this.

"Yeah we're good Amelia, I don't think it's awkward or will be," he reassured me with a smile.

"I would hate for you to think it was," I smiled back at him slightly, feeling good that he didn't think it was awkward.
