Hey guys!

So so so sorry that this is so late! But I've had so many deadlines and presentations to do the past three week. Uni was really full on and I never had the chance to just write anything for this chapter. But I've finished Uni and I'm off for Christmas!!!! :D I'm going to wrap some presents tomorrow before work to get into the Christmas mood even more :)

Anyway, it's 2am and I just got in from my friend's house, so I'll let it here.

CHAPTER THIRTY-SEVEN

"No, go away, you said you didn't want any," Harrison hit my spoon away with his.

"I don't want one, I just want some of yours," I smiled and tried to take some of his dessert again. "I only want a little bit," I laughed when he hit my spoon again.

"Then you should have ordered one, this one is mine," he smirked and took a piece of his dessert.

"You're so mean, I just wanted one little bit," I let out a dramatic sigh and dropped my spoon onto the table.

"I've been called worse," he shrugged and looked back down at his plate. He took a bit more of his dessert, before holding out his spoon to me with a smile. I rolled my eyes and leant forward, taking the piece of cheesecake off of the spoon. "I bet you feel bad for calling me mean now, it's like you don't know me at all."

"I know that you rarely share your food with me," I raised my eyebrows and smiled at him.

"I made you and your sister dinner a few days ago, not to mention that, every time you come and stay at my place, you eat my food. Maybe I should go to your house next time, then we'll see if you'll share your food with me." He laughed and ran his hand through his hair, as he leant back in his seat.

"Well Dani is stay at her friend's house on Wednesday and my friend is having a party if you want to come over?" I would actually love for him to spend the night at mine, because I always spend the night at his.

"That's New Year's Eve right? I was going to ask you if you fancied coming with me to Greg's house, he's having some people over to his house for a small get together."

"We could probably do both," I would like to go with him and meet Greg, but I don't want to ditch my friends either.

"Greg's thing is at seven and is kind of like an informal dinner," he sat forward and leant against the table.

"Yeah we can do both, we can go to my friends around half ten or eleven," I was supposed to go at eight, but I can go later.

"I might be too old to go to a party with your friends," he smirked and folded his arms on the table.

"I forgot that you're so much older than me," I rolled my eyes and smiled at him. "You're thirty Harrison, not an old man," I never had an issue with him being thirty. I get that some people might think it's weird that he's thirty and I'm twenty-five, but why does it matter? I really like him and I'm pretty sure that he likes me too, I don't care that he's five years older than me.

"I've never met your friends before," he didn't sound too nervous about meeting them, but he wasn't really that shy of a person.

"You'll be fine, I've already told Maddie all about you anyway," I laughed slightly. I have mentioned Maddie to him before and he's always said he would like to meet her, so this party a perfect opportunity.
