When Aonung and I got back to the Mauri all the lights were off and everyone was in their own rooms.

I began walking towards where Tsireya will be when Aonung stopped me, grabbing my forearm. He gently released my arm once he had my attention before speaking up.

"Good night, Ka'nu," he smiles at me.

"Good night, Aonung," I smile back before walking into Tsireyas room.

She was sitting on her makeshift bed, gagging because of what she over heard.

"Good night Ka'nu," Tsireya mocks.

I just giggle at her as a blush coats my cheeks. I don't know why I was blushing, Aonungs said night to me before, he's never added good tho.

"Fuck off," I joke, lying down next to her.

"Do you think Lo'ak likes me?" She asks suddenly, turning to face me.

"I don't know," I reply honestly, facing her.

"Well your not much help," she sighs before laughing.

I laugh with her as we try to control ourselves from being to loud but every time we'd look at each other we'd just laugh harder.

"Shh, shhh," Tsireya shushes me.

"Don't shhhhh me I'll shhhhhh you," I mock her.

"My mums going to get mad, she's pregnant!" Tsireya whisper yells.

"Oh shit," I curse, looking over at Tsireaya.

She was holding her breath trying not to laugh making me burst out laughing, her following.

"Girls!" Ronal whisper yells, walking into Tsireyas room.

"Yes," Tsireya asks, immediately sitting up and I slowly follow.

"You must keep your voice down or I'll move 1 of you," she threatens.

"Ok mother," Tsireya nods and I just smile awkwardly at Ronal.

"Good," Ronal says as she leaves.

"Good," Tsireya mocks in a high pitched voice making us laugh loudly.

"Tsireya and Ka'nu!" Ronal yells, walking back in.

"Dude can you shut up?" Aonung grumbles, rubbing his eyes.

Where the fuck did he come from?

"Aonung," Ronal hisses, slapping her sons shoulder. "Ka'nu I know you don't want to leave and I don't want you to leave but I need to sleep, so what's going to happen?"

"Um," I pause, having no idea what to say.

"She can stay in my room," Aonung mumbles sleepily. leaning against the wall, his eyes barely opened.

"Perfect, Ka'nu up you get," Ronal demands.

I had already pushed Ronal enough and I felt bad because she just wants to sleep. I also know Tsireya and me won't be able to contain our laughter.

"Bye," I sign to Tsireya.

"Sorry," she signs back.

Before I could let her know it's ok I couldn't see her anymore as I'm following Aonung and we've reached his room. Moving the privacy curtain, he lets me in first.

He plops down on his bed made of palm tree leaves, dried up seaweed, woven sheets and a rug on top.

"Sorry," I whisper, referring to waking him up.
