Ka'nus POV
I hop out of the water, jumping onto the deck attached to Aonungs old Mauri. I stood up quickly, as I began looking for him I need to find Aonung right now.
"Aonung?" I call out, walking towards the Mauri.
When I received no answer I called out everyone else's names.
"Tsireya?" Nothing. "Ronal?" Nothing. "Tonowari?"
Nothing
I figured I'll just wait here until Aonung or someone comes back. I bend down, sitting on the edge of the deck outside the Mauri as I dangle my feet in the water.
Talking to Nitram was so calming. She's so amazing and I'm glad she's happy. The Tulkun just left after being here for the whole day. We'll have a feast for them tonight in order to celebrate the return of the brothers and sisters.
Tulkun have had to leave earlier the last few years because of the sky people hunting them. We don't want them all in the same place for too long.
I don't know what I'd do if anything happens to Nitram, she deserves no hate. I don't have to think about that though because nothings going to happen.
The sound of a pebble dropping behind me makes my ears flutter and tail shake as I face the noise.
Aonung?
Nope, there was no one there. It made me upset and I'm growing impatient waiting this long. I throw my head back, groaning as I wait for Aonung to return.
"Ka'nu."
I look down and see Aonungs head poking out of the water between my legs.
"There you are!" I smile brightly.
"You missed me that much?" Aonung chuckles, bringing his head further out of the water.
"Shut up," I joke, pushing his head away.
Aonung laughs at my reaction, leaning his head back before moving it right back where it was. He smiles up at me. I move forward so I may submerge in the water with him. I lower my self with my hands still on the wood behind me as he holds my waist, pulling me down faster.
"I need to tell you something," I rest my hands on his chest as he holds my waist flush against him.
Our tails are waving from side to side to keep our heads out of the water so we can talk.
"What is it?" Aonung asks, pecking my lips.
"It's serious," I try to say firmly but I couldn't help the smile on my face.
"Ok," he chuckles, pecking my nose.
"Ao," I warn.
"Ka'nu," he teases, kissing all over my face.
"Aonung stop," I giggle.
"Nope," he smiles, kissing down to my neck.
"I still have to tell you something," I realise, not stopping him.
"I'm listening," he smirks into my neck as he keeps kissing it.
"So I was with Nitram and she made me realise that I-."
"My eyes!"
I turn my head around instantly as Aonung reluctantly pulls his lips from my neck. We're met with Tsireya standing there, eyes covered by her hands. Aonung rolls his eyes before he goes back to kissing my neck.
"Aonung," I warn, trying to stop him.
"It's just Tsireya," he shrugs.
"Eywa save me!" Tsireya screams.
