Esme sat with Jackson in the lecture hall. They were trying to listen to teddy as she talked over a patient. Esme looked to her boyfriend and smiled

"It's all in your head" Esme said as she looked to him. She knew how Jackson was overreacting over things and how he thought no one wanted to work with him

"My name isn't on the o. R. Board. I checked the schedule. Nobody wants to work with me, 'cause I'm not on anybody's service." Jackson said

"It's an oversight, okay? Just ... just ask around." April said as she saw next to him

"Exactly"

"It's alright for you. You don't need to worry" he said as she rolled her eyes

"Stop feeling sorry for yourself do I have to do stuff here in public to make you feel better" Esme asked

"Ew" Chloe said as she sat eating next to Esme

"It's alright for you addison Montgomery daughter...Esme robbins daughter.." Jackson said as he gestured to Esme and Chloe. Esme looked to him and rolled her eyes

"Okay Harper Avery grandson. Stop panicking" Esme said as the two of them held a look

"Stop it. I'm serious. Just ask around and get on someone's service and get back to work." Meredith said as Alex sat next to her

"You smell like you're sweating booze. Where have you been?" Meredith asked

"I want the weekend you had" Jackson said as Esme looked to him

"What happens in vegas, you know? Hey, who's stark? I'm supposed to be on stark's service today." Alex asked

"Oh, me, too. He's the new peds attending, Since Robbins left." April said

"Shh. They're talking about Cristina." Meredith said as they suddenly paid attention to what teddy was saying

"It became clear to Dr. Yang That they were gonna need to switch modalities. The patient was put on ecmo .."

"And why did Dr. Yang Opt to use the intra-aortic balloon pump over an lvad?" A doctor said

"I, um ... I can't answer for Dr. Yang"

"And why isn't she here?"

"She, um ...She quit. She left the program" teddy said

"Wait what" Chloe said as the residents all looked to each other
